Hotel amenities and policy page description shown Wi-Fi in room but, when I asked the receptionist she said Wi-Fi only in the reception area, my king size bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress spring popped and hurt my back due to the thin mattress pad and, the mattress pad with at least 4 bigl brown color spots on it when I opened the mattress sheet , water filter on the sink faucet was disgusting to see ceiling light fixture missing a light bulb TV was not working and the house keeping tried to get it on with me together but no used
I wouldn't recommend to stay as a foreign traveler also the room rates wasn't attractive at all, there are many nice hotels around Boten with unbeatable rates for anyone.

The location is good, but the lack of Wi-Fi was a problem.
Also, during my stay, two rooms on the same floor were undergoing renovation, and the construction noise was loud during the day.
