Das Gute zuerst. Das Spa war unglaublich. Zudem sehr schöner Sprudelpool. Sonst war nichts so wie auf der Homepage beschrieben. Das Restaurant war geschlossen (nirgends auf der Homepage erwähnt). Dies bedeutete, dass wir uns abends noch auf Restaurantsuche in Naters begeben mussten. Ab 18.00 Uhr war jeweils der Rezeptionbereich mit Piano Bar dunkel, unbesetzt und dadurch unbedient. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar reichhaltig, allerdings standen die Speisen schon eine recht lange Zeit da. Das sah man den Früchten (teilweise bräunliche Trauben), dem Käse (Austrocknungsrand an jeder Scheibe) und dem Aufschnitt (ausgetrocknet). Auch die Croissants waren ausgetrocknet. Der Frühstückssaal ist recht gross, aber trotz der Tatsache, dass wir fast die einzigen Gäste waren, konnten wir uns nicht ans Fenster mit Ausblick setzen, sondern wurde in eine Ecke verwiesen. Am Sonntag musste zudem eine andere Person den Frühstücksbereich betreuen und vermittelte den Eindruck, dass wir uns beeilen sollten, damit sie wieder anderen Tätigkeiten nachgehen konnte. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer (auf der Homepage stand: teilweise mit Balkon) gebucht und obwohl wir praktisch alleine im Hotel waren, man bei der Buchung auch keine Präferenz angeben konnte, wurde uns kein Zimmer mit Balkon zugeteilt. Wäre eine schöne Geste gewesen. Alles in allem nicht das, was man einem 4-Sterne Hotel mit entsprechendem Preis erwarten könnte.

Wir Walliser planten an diesem regnerischen Tag hier zu schwimmen. Warteten auch lange bis eine unfreundliche Dame uns bediente. Keine Begrüssung keinen Dank und eine spärliche Auskunft. Welche Kommunikation! Der Eintritt Fr. 21.— erstaunte alle.

We stayed one night. Price was high but very pleasant room and location was reasonable for walking in to town and local restaurant. Breakfast was good. Helpful staff.

Keine Angaben über Frühstück, Restaurant oder Baar.
Baar und Restaurant waren immer geschlossen. Mann musste auswärts gehen um zu Abendessen.
Informationen zum Frühstück mussten wir selber abholen.

18.15 pm and no one at reception. Have to call someone to come over from SPA. 4* and no restaurant service in the evening. Could not figure out if invoice was already pre-paid or not, morning reception only available from 9.00 am and remote control in room not working.
