Péssimo, horrível hotel!!!! Estou hospedado com minha filha de 8 anos e o hotel é HORRÍVEL!!!! O quarto fede a naftalina, o rejunte do banheiro é todo encruado de lodo, a chave eletrônica para abrir a porta funciona quando quer! O café da manhã é horrível!!! O estacionamento é super apertado, você precisa manobrar centenas de vezes e há riscos de esbarrarem no seu carro! Hoje, deixei toalhas secando ao sol e, enquanto estávamos passeando, choveu e molhou. Fui na recepção agora (sábado 14/12/24 - 18:15) solicitar duas toalhas secas e uma menina MUITO MAL EDUCADA disse que NÃO PODIA ENTREGAR!!!! Estou dando banho na minha filha e vou ter de enxugá-la em roupas limpas, PORQUE NAO TEMOS TOALHAS!!!!!! Estou absurdamente indignado e me sentindo humilhado!!!!!!!!!! DEFINITIVAMENTE NAO RECOMENDO!!!!!!!!!!

Muy lindo hotel, muy buena ubicación , la habitación con terraza y vista al mar excelente. La atención del personal es muy buena también. Tuve un inconveniente con la tv del living , y me lo solucionaron a la brevedad. Lo que no nos gusto para nada fue el desayuno. No se si es tercerizado o es propio del hotel , pero es de muy bajo nivel. El precio de la estadía es acorde con el servicio ofrecido y muy conforme, pero es una lástima que continúen con ese tipo de desayuno.

Cara, o hotel não entrega o que promete! Estrutura velha, desde a recepção aos tapetes dos banheiros. Estavam encardidos, cama velha. Falta profissionalismo na recepção também. Peguei um quarto caro de frente para o mar e simplesmente o ar condicionado com uma goteira bem na minha cabeça. O secador não prestava e quando chegamos da praia cansados, querendo fazer o uso o hotel não tinha nenhum secador, não tinha manutenção do ar e nem quartos para trocar. Um descaso com o cliente.

O hotel é antigo, com fotos e artefatos que pertenceram a Pelé ou que contam a sua histórico. Ficamos em um flat frente ao mar. Muito espaçoso com varanda enorme, bem decorado, Com ar-condicionado no quarto e na sala. Gostamos muito do café da manhã servido à beira da piscina de frente para o mar.Além do que é servido é possível pedir tapiocas e omeletes. Piscina limpa, acesso à praia. Há um quiosque na praia em frente ao hotel que aluga mesas e guarda-sóis, recomendo são muito atenciosos. Na cozinha do flat tem microondas, cafeteira, fogão elétrico e alguns utensílios. Amamos a hospedagem!

Ficamos em uma unidade de um quarto alugada por um aplicativo. Nossos parentes ficaram em outra, com dois quartos. Pontos positivos: a localização, em Ponta Negra, praticamente na areia. A entrada do hotel fica na rua de cima, mas há um portão na ria de trás para acesso à praia. O outro é a vista que a nossa unidade, particularmente, oferecia: de frente para o mar, com uma sacada maior que o próprio apartamento. O que deixou a desejar: a cama e as roupas de cama não eram tão confortáveis, a TV do quarto estava com péssima imagem e som e só havia ar-condicionado no quarto. Todavia, pelo preço que pagamos (menos de R$ 300,00 por dia), foi um ótimo custo-benefício.

Se arrependimento matasse... As gavetas do guarda roupa caiam no pé; pedimos solução na recepção mas ninguém apareceu! A cozinha completa é a denominação "flat" é uma tremenda mentira pois a cozinha possui um frigobar pequeno e um fogão elétrico duas bocas que não ferve água! Ou seja, se quiser fazer um miojo terá que ser no micro-ondas. O café da manhã é à parte, custa 25 reais e é uma bela porcaria. O hotel é fantasma; não tem bar à beira de piscina e muito menos serviço de quarto (detalhe: estive lá na alta temporada!). Os funcionários da recepção são nada gentis. Em resumo: corre que é cilada, Bino!

Hotel Péssimo. As fotos enganam bem. Quartos sem manutenção nenhuma, todo mofado, a limpeza deixa muito a desejar, até com baratas, com cheiro muito forte e sem cuidado nenhum, lençóis velhos e cheios de pelos. Toda estrutura velha e danificada, piscina suja. Não recomendo pra ninguém. Uma pena, pois a localização é muito boa.

Hotel caindo aos pedaços, mofado desde a recepção até os quartos. Loquei de um aplicativo e não poderia ter pior experiência. Completamente descuidado e abandonado. Não recomendo e se alguém locar, verifique antes se reformaram. Sem a reforma nem por 100,00 a diária compensa
