The hotel is old, but it still has an ok structure, good location, but most of the staff are unprepared, they can't help the guest with almost anything, there's an extremely rude woman, anyway, they need to improve in this regard.
Another point is the breakfast, it's terrible, low quality products and some are even moldy.
