O hotel tem uma estrutura boa, comida boa e, pra quem bebe, cervejas de qualidade (Heineken, Corona, Stela e chopp artesanal da Oktos, incluindo Ipa). E o detalhe é que as cervejas são long neck. Muita filha (6 anos) gostou muito da equipe de recreação e do espaço kids, que é bem grande. Minha frustração é com o quarto. Além de ser pequenos, quando chegamos fomos para um quarto com um cheiro muito forte de mofo (4122). Pra quem tem rinite alérgica era um veneno. A equipe do hotel foi meio lenta pra nos trocar de quarto, mas na outra noite já dormimos em outro quarto (534). Não tinha cheiro de mofo, mas quando tomava era aquela molhadeira no lado de fora do box. Muito desagradável e desconfortável isso. Só mais questão que merece ser ressaltada: cobrar 660,00 para um transfer aeroporto/hotel hotel/aeroporto para um casal com um criança é uma vergonha. Pegando uber ficou tudo em 200,00.

Fizemos uma boa viagem e estada no oceano aproveitamos e fizemos nossas fotos na viva arte em fotografia meu esposo não amava tanto fotos porém ele nos surpreendeu o Jefferson fotógrafo foi incrível nos emocional nesse momentos muito especial e a vitória que nos ajudou a selecionar esse recordações foi ímpar obrigava a viva por esse momento de bodas de pinho

Pela segunda vez no hotel. Piora em relação última estadia. Mais sujeira/lixo acumulada na piscina do consumo, quarto com arrumação após as 16:00 em vários dias, atendimento dos bares ruins e atendentes com pouca disposição. Atendimento nos restaurante a la carte que deveriam ser diferenciados forem muito ruins - a ponto do garçom precisar ir buscar copo e guardanapo em outro restaurante devido à falta. Mantém um bom padrão de comida e entretenimento. Muito boa opção de bebidas

A oferta de alimentação e bebidos é nota 10. O sabor dos alimentos é indescritivel, muito capricho. o Hotel se dedica até nos minimos detalhes. Tudo de muita qualidade. Quartos ótimos. academia TOP, tudo do bom e de melhor. Único defeito: Na chegada, chegamos no hotel as 9 horas, os quartos estariam livres somente as 15 horas. (tudo bem), mas para utilizarmos as dependencias do hotel nos cobraram mais R$ 300, por adulto e R$ 150, cada criança....
