O Hotel é bem localizado, bem limpo,quarto espaçoso, a cama de casal era a junção de 2 camas de solteiro, a divisoria no meio da cama a tornou muito desconfortavel. Pedi para trocar quarto nao foi possivel devido a lotação hotel, fiz duas tentativas de troca sem sucesso. Senti falta de um edredon quarto, tinha apenas lençol para se cobrir. Elevador demorado.Fiquei hospedada 5 noites, 2 noites fui acordada pelo barulho no corredor, hospedes chegando portas batento e coisas derrubaram corredor.O café da manha é bom, mas näo tem suco laranja, tomei café no primeiro horario, e todos os dias tinha um zelador limpando o chão, enquanto tomamos o café, acredito que isso da para melhorar, porque enquanto estamos se servindo ele esta passando pano umido um volta buffet das mesas. A sensaçao e que atrapalhamos o trabalho dele. Mas é um otimo hotel

Uma boa experiência, quando chegamos na sexta fomos muito bem atendidos, eu estava no sofa enquanto minha mae fazia o check in e foram levar agua para mim, cafe da manha é bom e quarto é razoavel. Os únicos problemas observados foi o fato do elevador ser muito ruim e tv do quarto ser muito antiga, se eles corrigirem isso, com certeza sera o melhor hotel de Natal

NO volveremos, Lo hemos utilizado en MUCHOS de nuestros viajes a Natal, pero éste ha sido el último. Los motivos?: - Aumento de precios que no compensa los fallos endémicos que tiene el Hotel y que antes podían ser "compensados" por su precio. - Buffé de desayuno muy malo (y empeorando). - Carencia de cualquier tipo de "detalles" (no ponen agua de cortesia pese a reclamarlo, las "amenities" no se reponen todos los dias, te cobran las cápsulas de café de la habitacion (sin advertirlo), ... - Falta de mantenimiento del Hotel, - ."Gimnasio" MUY deficiente (por no calificarlo de "inexistente") - Ascensores que no funcionan. .... . Lo único bueno, la actitud de alguno de los trabajadores, En síntesis, existen muchas mejores opcione de alojamiento relacion calidad/ precio. en Natal

Perfeito… não temos outra definição. Funcionários sorridentes e pró ativos 24h. Limpeza impecável, excelente localização, camas e travesseiros extremamente confortáveis. Café da manhã um banquete de variedades e qualidade. Aliás o restaurante é um dos melhores que já fomos no mundo. Desde o pãozinho até a sobremesa tudo nota 10.
