O quarto que fiquei nunca gelava. Após a troca por outro aí melhorou. O café da manhã muito show. Mas o hotel já tá pedindo uma reforma.

Hotel com vários locais mofados, inclusive dentro do quarto.. Problema de falta de água no quarto que foi do primeiro ao quarto dia, tendo que tomar banho em outro quarto.. elevador que não chega no 5 andar. Onde temos que descer com as malas grandes pelas escadas…

The Praiamar Hotel is located in a strategic area of Natal. Nearby, there are excellent restaurants, bars, drugstores, and a beautiful beach. The hotel offers good infrastructure, but there are several aspects that should be improved, such as: The rooms should be more comfortable. The shower could be more functional, and the bed more comfortable. The food is the main problem at Praiamar Hotel. The quality should be greatly improved. Unfortunately, on some days, I would classify the meals as poor. The hotel administration should avoid repeating the same menu every day. During our stay at the hotel, the dinner menu was almost always the same. Breakfast is acceptable, but it should include a wider variety of items. It is clear that the hotel urgently needs a nutritionist. On the positive side, the staff are very polite and efficient. I truly appreciate their service.

Travesseiros de qualidade ruim ,chuveiro de qualidade ruim pelomenos do meu quarto 474 ,vi que muda de quarto pra quarto, sem micro-ondas pra esquentar mamadeira precisa se decer na recepção bebidas que tem na recepção nao tem no bar da piscina etc .....

Um agradecimento especial à recepcionista Carol, que se destacou pelo profissionalismo, simpatia e gentileza. Ela fez toda a diferença na experiência, sempre pronta para ajudar com um sorriso no rosto e uma palavra acolhedora. Parabéns pela excelente equipe!
