Enjoyed the outdoor bath. Would have wanted more than a frozen meal to heat up for our dinner and breakfast. We found a shortcut from the bus station up the hill to the resort which didn't seem as steep as walking up the road .wo

The hot spring was very nice, including the open-air bath.
The massage chairs and the area to relax were spacious and nice.

The hotel lobby and facilities seem to be kept clean.
Free coffee and amenities were sufficient.
The room also had spider webs on the ventilation ducts which were within acceptable limits.
However, the food provided, frozen bento boxes, was beyond human edible limits.
It was disgusting, had a horrible frozen smell, and was soggy after thawing - not worth buying at all.
They should definitely stop providing food this way.
We went as a group of four and couldn't eat it all, so we threw it all away.
It's safer to bring your own food or have it prepared already.

The lunch boxes are the same in the morning and evening, with five choices. There is a good hot spring, which is worth the price. It is very cost-effective.
