Our timing was perfect! Our Chinese brothers were there to celebrate their ***** New Year. There were fireworks and fire dance! We only have one suggestion, food choices specially the breakfast inclusion. But setting aside the limited food choices, we would rate our stay as relaxing and satisfying!

The photos presented on their social media pages are not filtered too much. The amenities are in good condition. Both the common areas and private rooms are still in good shape. The food service is great. Complimentary breakfast starts at 7AM. We checked the function hall around 7:05AM and there are two (2) people waiting to serve you. Their serving size is enough to make you full. One thing we probably didn't expect are the strong waves of the beach (January). Be careful when you have kids. The ambiance in their Cafe is superb. Imagine taking a sip of your coffee while hearing the sound of beach waves with an amazing view of the whole cove. I believe, we were the last one who left around 9PM. Overall, we had fun. It was worth the long drive from Laguna. Just make sure to take the Governer's Drive in Cavite and not the Tagaytay-Alfonso-Magallanes route. We passed by some cliffs in the Tagaytay-Alfonso-Magallanes route with no guard rails. Also, there are a lot of boulders (from landslides). So be it'll be dangerous when it's raining.

Decided to celebrate my wife’s birthday for 2 nights at Calayo Beach near Nasgubu. We stayed at the Pamana Beach Resort. The area is in a very small town, unspoiled and simple in which we enjoyed. We stayed in room 205A so we could have a view of the sea and beach Pros: Great staff and all very friendly, Red, Mara and the whole crew there. Salamat! The food we did order was cooked fresh and was very good portions. The beach and pool are perfect location, lots of water sports to do. Very scenic! Room was spacious and the Bed was comfortable. Cons: Menu food options are sometimes not available. Room 205A directly in front of the bar area and music playing loud until 1000pm. No hot water in our room for the 2 days, not sure if the whole resort is like that Free breakfast was with little portion and rice was not cooked Also the day we left, thumping loud music started playing at 630am, was not sure if it was the new bar construction in front or the neighboring resort. Still way too loud for that time of morning, we saw other guests wake up and complain too. Overall, paying $140 a night is way too high, should have been half price in my opinion.

I recently stayed at Pamana, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering breathtaking views of ocean and mountains. The amenities were top-notch. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to different tastes.

Third visit to this place and would want to visit again and again and again. The staff are very accommodating and friendly (as always). The place is very clean and well maintained. Slightly pricey compared before but it's worthy! Supeeeer worthy! Thank you Pamana! Regards!❤️

Cr is slow to flush, lock was broken, food choices was lacking we needed to buy from outside which was far and since there is less choice, they should not charge a corkage fee, overall it was okay, new year fireworks was good, staff are friendly

My friends and I booked a stay at PAMANA Hotel and Resort from December 6 to 8, 2024, for a friend’s wedding. Unfortunately, the place was not suitable for hosting large events due to poor coordination between the staff and event organizers. During the event, many guests were left thirsty and searching for water. One staff member told my friend to get water near the reception area, as there were no servers present at that time. This is not a guest-friendly environment. Imagine if the guest were a senior citizen or PWD—they would have had to walk a long way just to get water. At lunchtime, their kitchen was also unprepared to handle bulk orders, and the food ran out. This was disappointing, as they should have anticipated catering for a large number of guests, especially since most of the wedding attendees were also booked at the hotel. I hope the management should take this feedback to improve their services. Thank you.

Our Luzon sales and marketing team were booked at Epic Shores. As I checked, the 3 rooms cannot accommodate us all comfortably. Thus, me and our VP decided to stay in PAMANA. This place has been recommended to me and what a perfect time to book a stay for 2 nights. Foremost, the bar by the beach / al fresco, is basic. Nothing fancy but the cold drinks, food (Kapampangan pork sisig), ambiance and the gorgeous sunset is priceless! I failed to take a dip in their infinity pool but as I walked by, judging from the young kids and the young at heart enjoying the water I know I'm missing a lot but I got work to do! Stayed in a double deluxe room. It has free breakfast. It differs every day. Shower and air conditioning were excellent. There's reliable WiFi connection but no mobile signal from any telcos. The staff are friendly and courteous. There's curfew hour enforced but I had to ask permission to stay late during our last night of stay. I'll be back with my family on vacation!

We were staying at the other resort. Me and my family decided to have dinner at Pamana's bistro bar, El Cocinero near the beach . Food and drinks were great not to mention the courteous waiter who's always anticipate our needs. We had a good time, until its time for us to go back in our resort. It was around 11: 30pm we finished eating and time to  head back to our hotel. I asked for the toilet's location and the waiter eagerly showed me the way. After which, my daughter's  friend told me that the guard named Alfred refused to let her use the toilet and we are not allowed to walk down the small driveway to exit at the gate. I told Alfred that we're customers and we prefer to exit at the main road instead of the beach since its already dark. He said, its not allowed because the "resort is exclusive". Alfred brought us to another guard named, Dinglas, the second guard. He claimed that the resort is exclusive and its not allowed for us to use their walk small driveway to exit the gate. Straight away, I felt offended and ask for the manager. 15mins I waited and no manager arrived on the scene. I told Mr. Dinglas, I refused to walk down the beach because its already dark and I would just write to his manager or to the owner of Pamana via website.  I pointed out to him how offensive their rule is. It's RUDE and UNCIVILIZED. I have worked for an international airline and had been stayed at 5 star hotels in the last 29 years, also stayed in many resorts in boracay and non of these institutions have ever treated a paying customer like this. I want to let the management of Pamana and its owner that such policy isn't par to international standard, not even to Filipino customs. I hope this message would help you change your hostile policy towards your walk-in dining customers. I suggest otherwise, that do not allow other customers to dine in -for  it would just ruin your their holiday if treated the same. Moreover, create a welcoming atmosphere instead of intimidation.
