非接触のチェックインでした。
まず、宿泊前日10時にチェックインガイドが送られてきて、
そのパスワードに沿ってドアを解錠。
部屋に入ったあと、タブレット操作でオペレーターと会話。(ビデオ通話だった！)
タブレットは写真参照で。
ちなみに、前日10時に送られてくるメールにURLがあり、事前に宿泊者情報を入れておいたので、当日がとても楽でした。
外国人(連れ)はパスポート情報と写真のアップロードが必須でした。

部屋タイプは吟味が必要です！
この部屋はサウナ付きでした(写真参照)。24時間利用OK。2人だと狭すぎるので基本1人利用だと思います。
そして、ドッグランも。
ただし、山の上なので霜が下りたり、天気も変わりやすく小雨が降ったりしましたので、水嫌いでインドアなうちの子はドッグランをほとんど使いませんでした…もったいない…
外が大好きな子にはいいと思います。

1週間くらい泊まりたい気持ちでした。

The hotel is definitely very quiet and spacious and have many amenities and natural onsen inside. I was given the second floor but as I have many luggages and seniors with me, I requested to change to the ground floor. Thanks. But remember to request first to avoid such inconvenient uneasy situations.

We stayed in a standard family room. The overall interior was very clean and stylish, especially the spacious bath and washroom! The artificial hot springs also had a real hot spring feel with their smell and texture. The terrace deck was also a space that didn't feel cramped even when 6 adults had a BBQ. Also, the projector in the bedroom looked great and I was very satisfied! Is the Wi-Fi a little slow? Also, the futons are dime-sized and not for one person at a time, and if you live in a room on the first floor, some people may be concerned about footsteps coming from the second floor. That's why I gave it a 4 for the service and facilities. Personally, I really liked it and would like to come again!

The hotel didn't have lobby staff, guests had to check-in by themselves with the iPad. The system is good but it takes time and too much information is needed.
