Cozy home in private setting centrally located on Amelia Island

Everything was very welcoming. A few things will need looking after (1) rear door lock, (2) shower safety bars would be very helpful and (3) TV controller in master bedroom did not work - needs batteries I think.

Great property. Located in a peaceful location. The house was well appointed. We would stay there again should our travels bring us back to Amelia Island.

Great Central Amelia Island Location Overall we had a great 3 night stay. We enjoyed the fenced in back yard as it had a patio area with a BBQ grill and seating. I would note that it’s hard to walk too far as there are no sidewalks on the main N/S road to connect to the E/W road (Simmons) that has access to the beach. We went to the Beach, historic downtown Fernandina Beach and the resorts to the south during our stay. The house was clean and we used the Bluetooth speaker during our stay.

Home away from home We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The place is as advertized and the pictures are accurate. Everything we needed was supplied, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Nice washer and dryer. Beach chairs and umbrella. Very comfortable and clean. Large private fenced in back yard. Property has many large trees providing shade. Location is fantastic, 5 minutes to several beach access points with free parking. 10 minutes to historic down town. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Great host! Great communication, thanks Chris. New water treatment system installed during our stay, nice improvement! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location close to beaches, restaurants and shopping! Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood so close to beaches and restaurants! Our dogs loved the fenced back yard! We appreciated many thoughtful touches to make is feel at home. Thank you!
