I specifically reserved a king room with a walk in shower, which I always do due to a partial disability. I was told none were available upon arrival, and even though one front desk representative personally spoke to a manager, no offer of a change of rooms or any other suitable compensación was offered. This despite a posted sign outside of the elevators that satisfaction was guaranteed. The manager never even spoke to me directly.

It's very clean. It's cleaned up every day. It also has a microwave and refrigerator. The two large beds are very comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk is very gentlemanly. Date went wrong delayed check in made us late to everything 🥺- get to the hotel and realize there’s a deposit “security fee “ is way more then the room rate per night & way more then I ever paid at a hotel! It wasn’t listed on trip.Therefore me and my partner weren’t aware of a 250$ on top of 150$! No hot continental breakfast as mentioned here/ just breakfast bags with a hot sandwich which is tacky!

I am very happy to return to Changdao. The environment on Changdao is comfortable and pleasant. The hotel's environment is quiet, clean and comfortable, and parking is free. The front desk service is also good. The bed is a bit soft, but American beds aren't too hard. The air conditioner in the room is not very easy to adjust and is a little cold. Disadvantages: The light in the bathroom is connected to the exhaust fan, which makes a lot of noise when it is turned on. When we drove, it was easy to miss the hotel entrance. Every time we drove to the unknown building next door, we then circled back to the hotel.

I like a hotel very much. Although it can’t be compared with Marriott in China, the hotel is relatively new and the sanitation is good. The breakfast is the richest I’ve had during this trip, haha, especially their blueberry jam and apricot jam. Delicious😋, there is iced fruit water every day, of course the most important thing is that the room has a small kitchen with complete tableware for simple cooking🍳
