The front desk service attitude of the hotel is not good, the guests arrive early, because of the voice communication problem, the attitude towards the guests is bad when they check in. If you did not inform you to check in in advance, you need to pay an extra day's room rate.

I specifically reserved a king room with a walk in shower, which I always do due to a partial disability. I was told none were available upon arrival, and even though one front desk representative personally spoke to a manager, no offer of a change of rooms or any other suitable compensación was offered. Nice boutique hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were big and comfortable. Slept well so very quiet. Plenty of amenities. Definitely a good choice.
