Check in was abysmal, unable to use machines, no real information given by staff. Apartment was lovely, large & clean and had everything we needed for a few days in Nashville. No nearby supermarkets so you’ll need an uber to stock up your fridge. It’s a good 15-20 minute walk to broadway but Ubers are cheap and plentiful. Pool area was busy with lots of beds taken up by people’s bags & towels. No security for stored luggage, there was no one at reception when we collected our bags and we were able to walk in and help ourselves.

Really nice hotel great service. We lost our crocs and they found them would definitely come back again. Great vibes and really good amenities, bbq right on the side of the pool was so much fun

NOT pet friendly. RUDE staff, terrible check in process wasting an hour of your time! In a bad area, not a single place to take your pet to use the restroom outside and have to deal with unsafe area with homeless at the Front door. There is a large area around the pool deck to take them but a staff woman was so extremely rude to me with my 2 tiny chihuahuas ! They advertise a pet spa- what a joke! No map of the crazy layout. There are many other great options to choose from so your don’t deal with this mess here.

1) The hotel does false advertisement. The access to the room that I received was through the hotel parking lot. There are no pictures on the website mentioning that to get to your room you need to go through a dirty parking lot if you check in late. 2) The room was not soundproof. All the sounds from the cars passing by could be heard. 3) When I reached the hotel after a very long flight, at 23:00, I couldn't connect to the Internet, while following the hotel guide for connecting the Internet. I requested help from the receptionist, but they didn't know the password to the hotel WiFi. On the second night, I managed to guess the password with some help from the hotel. 4) The worst issue was a continuous buzzing coming from the ventilation. I couldn't sleep at night. I requested help from the hotel to give me at least some earplugs. They said that they didn't have one and they do not offer it to their guests. 5) The view from my room was to another parking lot where every day a homeless guy was sleeping and pissing on the building. I attended a large conference in town, therefore, I couldn't find another hotel. I reported all these issues to the property manager and requested a discount, but they ignored me. The basic feedback that I received was: a) It's normal to hear the continuous buzzing during the night, although, I paid 40% more than the normal price due to the large dement during the conference. b) The rooms were allocated in the order in which you check-in, and although I informed them that I would check in late I received a room in the hotel parking lot. c) They don't provide any help. d) They came and inspected my room, but they never provided feedback or a solution to the continuous buzzing issue.

Folks here are super friendly and very helpful. Nina at the front desk is a VP shining star. We enjoyed our stay at AirBNB here. Located so close to everything. You can walk to lots of cool places. I don’t know what else to say so I guess 200 characters is a bit long of a review for me!

Excellent hotel, very clean, and great service. Good atmosphere in the pool area. We want to thank Lauren for quickly resolving the issue with the door lock. She's also very friendly and always greets you at the lobby reception desk with a smile.
