Kimpton Aertson Hotel

We loved our stay but paid double for the room! Prepaid via Trip.com, then Kimpton charged us again. After 4 polite phone calls to rectify the situation, we never got a return call. Called again and was told they couldn't help me.

We almost don’t want to share this one—it feels like we stumbled onto a hidden gem. But the people here are so warm and genuine that they deserve the recognition. From the moment we arrived, Charles (front office manager) and Shane (assistant manager) made us feel at home. They ensured our room type worked perfectly for us and even arranged late checkout as IHG members. Our suite was light, bright, and spacious with views on two sides, a microwave, and a mini-fridge. The bathroom’s soaking tub was a welcome surprise, complemented by plush Frette robes and decadent bath products. We even “adopted” a snake plant named Green Simmons—a fun, quirky touch that made us smile. Housekeeping kindly made up the sofa bed while we were out, and Sarah at the front desk seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even asked. Miles brought happy hour to life, sharing stories and insights about the wines he was pouring. And when the sun was shining, the rooftop pool was the perfect midday retreat. The Kimpton Aertson has thought of everything, and the staff delivers it all with heart. Needless to say, we’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in Nashville.

Collin our valet was amazing! With check in being so swamped he still managed to take care of all of us and with him being the only person working in valet during this busy time you could definitely see the professionalism on how he managed his time to assist us all thank you so Collin!

Good experience at the Kimpton Aertson Hotel. Staff was definetley the highlight and the rooms are nice too. Charles was respectful and informative. The valets were quick, friendly and efficient. Colin and Drew were top notch. The hotel does a free happy hour for guests in the lobby that had a tasty beer and wine. Lovely experience, will return soon.

Visited the restaurant during our trip. Had the pleasure of having Duncan as our server. He had great meal recommendations and places to visit around Nashville, TN. Highly recommend!
