This hotel stole my money...Paid over $500 for 5 nights from PRICELINE. They DO NOT LIKE PRICELINE or ANY of what they called "THIRD PARTY" sites. Talked down to me, said I was late for not telling them my plane stuck me in another airport. No big deal, right? I paid for 5 nights up front. Told me they would be kicking me out after 2 nights because they SOLD MY ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE; Which was a lie because I went by there and at least 1/2 the rooms were vacant. THE POOL WAS DISCUSTING with MOLD and "stuff" filling it. GREEN MOLDY STUFF- Also as small of a room I have ever stayed in. NO REFUND, NO APOLOGY...THEY JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND conned me out of it. WILL NOT REFUND and in my opinion they are dirty THIEVES..DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE or you may get ripped off like what they did to me...WORST HOTEL EVER!

AC/DC was our only reason for our stay
Older Hotel had a old smell to it. Room was clean but had trouble trying to get extra towels and washcloths ( we went out and came back in and wanted to shower before the nighttime)
We stayed three nights for the AC/DC concert was a good price for the 3 night stay but wasn’t happy with having to deal with management/ owners

The female front desk clerk was amazing! She was so sweet and caring. The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and it had a lot of restaurants and stores very close. If I have to come back to Nashville I’ll definitely stay again.

Another meaning of Quality
Typical low end old hotel. Not well maintained. All in all, priced accordingly. Not many staying there. Internet was good. It was quiet. Queen bed very uncomfortable and past due time for replacement. Breakfast was very modest with less than quality food/drinks. If you have expectations, stay elsewhere. Garmin could not locate it. Perhaps a reason?? O Charlie’s across the parking lot. Equal quality of the hotel.

This is a cheap stay. It is fine for a night or two. We stayed here a year ago and it needed a lot of work, holes in the walls, wires hanging from the ceiling, etc. It is rebranded as a Quality Inn (aka Avery Hotel) so I didn’t realize it was the same place when I booked. It is significantly improved. Still a no frills economy hotel but doable.
