so, the 1 hotel, I was really excited to stay at. It was part of our birthday celebration here in Nashville. I did start off pretty jaded, the initial set up was not fantastic. I was initially going to give this place three stars. Perhaps I just expected a bit too much, but there was no one actively to welcome us or help with any of the bags. The check-in was fairly quick, but not overly friendly full. Sam expired up. The room was nice, we were able to get an upgrade even though it seem like it took some questioning etc. What really made this place rise was our late afternoon drinks that we had in the bar and our breakfast this morning. The drinks last night were amazing, the servers were so friendly and a special mention to Michael, she was friendly, warm and helped explain everything. This morning’s breakfast we were served by Andrew and he was absolutely outstanding. Very friendly, patient and attentive. both of these folks are absolute highlight to our stays. I won’t go into too much details about why I had negative feelings, again perhaps I just expected too much. Unfortunately, did not get to check out the rooftop bar, but heard it looks nice. Wish they had a pool, I guess people come here more for the location than the hotel itself.

1 Hotel Nashville is such a wonderful hotel! We loved our room and the staff were so helpful, polite and wonderful to us! Such a gorgeous hotel and the rooms were absolutely beautiful! We will definitely be staying here when we come back in the Fall! One more thing, the beds are the most comfortable beds and we slept so well!

Great hotel to stay at while in Nashville. Very close to broadway and walking distance to a lot of cool things. You can also use the hotel car to go just about anywhere, the drivers were always really nice. We also really enjoyed the Spa, had a massage and a facial. Bonnie gave me the best facial and Darcie, the manager, was very sweet & accomodating. Their relaxation room, the Willow Room, is amazing!!! We also worked out in the gym, and took the complimentary yoga while we were there. This was such a nice treat! Their entire staff overall was also very nice and accommodating, the bartenders make delicious cocktails and the food was also delicious! We had breakfast at the hotel every morning, we had the sushi and cocktails at the rooftop and also ordered room service. Our stay was the best getaway! We will definitely stay again when back in Nashville.

I will be planning on staying here every trip to Nashville moving forward! This hotel is STUNNING, and made me feel comfortable, peaceful but also luxurious. Kennedy was very kind and helpful with Check in and was able to answer all the questions i had. I felt very welcomed and taken care of! The details at this hotel really make the stay extra special & I love to stand behind sustainably just as 1 Hotel does. Amazing location for all things Nashville! Make sure to check out the rooftop bar & restaurant! Delicious food and cocktails and beautiful atmosphere that I couldn’t get enough of. Can’t wait until my next stay!
