This hotel is a complete disappointment, with the only positive being its location. The service is terrible, and the hotel is dishonest. On the day of check-out, I was charged an additional fee of over 900 USD without any prior notice. The hotel refuses to refund the amount, and I was not informed about this charge during check-out. I strongly advise against staying here.

I woke up in the middle of the night because I felt itchy. Both of us had this symptom. The cleaning staff knocked on the door at 8 o'clock in the morning.... Then I reported it to the front desk but there was no result...
