Sonder Belcourt

We stayed in three different units consecutively. The location is great, and the facility is up to date. However, communication with the reps needs to be improved. When we stayed in a two bedroom unit, we found the handle in the shower that controlled the temperature had been installed incorrectly. When you turned it to hot, you got cold water, and vice versa. When we moved to a studio unit, the shower was leaking (the door was loose?) and making a puddle on the floor. We called Sonder both times, they said they would take care of it but never did, and we never heard back from them. We always had to call them to find out. They advertise that they are "available 24/7," and they do answer calls 24hrs, but they don't take care of issues promptly, and there's a lack of communication/follow up on any issues you report. You do get cheerful emails that say "We are so excited!" and "How was your stay?" etc. though.

The place is great! I’ve made it super easy for the cleaning staff too! Lots of closet space, you could literally fit a child’s bed in there or crib. Hope you enjoy your stay too. Blessings and Peace ✝️❤️

The condo was spotless and fully stocked. Access was convenient, and well explained before my arrival. The price beats most local hotels! I especially like the added parking right there in the building, which eliminated looking for on-street parking in this bustling neighborhood.

This is a great place to stay. It’s very clean and has everything you need. The security of a parking garage is nice as well. It’s in a nice neighborhood close to several shops and restaurants. Close to Vanderbilt too.

I loved it! The studio was great and met all my needs! I was there for school so the quiet environment was great for studying or after a long day in lab. My only suggestion or "complaint"(and I say that lightly because it's not really one) was I wish there were carts to help get your stuff from your car to the apartment. Otherwise it was awesome and I'll 100% stay again

Bed was comfortable. Space was very clean and well laid out. Love that parking is included! The location has a lot of fun restaurants and shops but very little parking. We were able to walk to Belmont.

Really enjoyed my stay here! I originally had trouble checking in as everything is done online, but a member of the team on site waited for me to make sure everything was okay. I really appreciated that. The apartment had everything I needed. The location was safe, with lots of restaurants just around the corner. The only 2 minor things I would call out here would be 1) extra hand towels and washcloths. There were plenty of bath towels, but only 1 hand towel and 2 washcloths for a week. I was happy to have a washing machine and dryer so I could wash them myself 2) the floors could have used a good mopping before arrival. I could have asked them to remediate this when I was there, but I was at the apartment a good deal of the time so I didn't have a chance for them to come in. Other than these minor things, I would definitely recommend these apartments!

This air BNB surprised me as they had a good price and amazing location, we were right upstairs from shops and restaurants, and 15 minutes from anywhere in Nashville. The shower head was detached and falling out of the wall however that was minor and just leaked some water outside the shower, if that’s the worst we dealt with I would stay here 100 times over

Best customer service, beautiful place and view. Absolutely will be using Sondra again and again! I needed more towels and they had them to me within an hour without hesitation. It was quiet and very clean also. And smelled so good.
