Simple hotel but clean . I love to stay there to transit. And convenient area couldn’t ask for more. Sadly they don’t have free parking in the city but it’s okay. For 4 stars hotel I expect more

The lady at the front desk has very good service. The location is great. It is very convenient to walk to the city center. I like this city very much. It is very chill. You can feel the charm of country music everywhere.

Nous venons de séjourner à cet hôtel mes filles et moi pendant une semaine!! Que dire que WOW !! Nous avons été accueillis par Victoria et Automn toute la semaine! Le hall est très invitant! Le chek inn en 2 minutes et on était rendu dans la chambre! Tout est neuf et super propre! La chambre est moderne et il y a un coin cuisine! La terrasse en haut est sublime avec vu sur toute la ville! Le déjeuner était compris et il avait de tout pour satisfaire tout le monde! Le wifi fonctionnait très bien et aussi compris! Pour se rendre sur Broadway, c ‘est a peu près 15 minutes a pied! Nous nous sommes toujours senti en sécurité malgré que la prison est à côté! Il y a toujours des gardiens de sécurité dehors ! Nous avons voyager en autobus de ville le jour pour aller a Grand Ole Opry et Outlett , Madame Tussault,au zoo et le Blue Bird café ! La gare d ‘autobus est aussi a coté! Nous avons aussi utilisés Uber pour revenir le soir! On a aucunement besoin d ‘une voiture pour les transports! Tout au plus une demi-heure pour se rendre en banlieue de Nashville! Nous avons fait TOUT les activités qu’ on avait cédulés! On a acheté une passe à. 119$ au centre d information qui comprenait 6 activité a choisir! On a aussi fait la visite de la distillerie Jack Daniel ( a faire absolument avec Mint Julepp Experience) Bref nous étions 7 jours et avons profiter de tout! C ‘est sur que ca aurait été plaisant d ‘avoir une piscine mais on est aller une journée au Water park et c ‘était aussi parfait! Bref je recommande cet hôtel a 💯 et si je reviens dans le coin c ‘est sur que je retournerai à cet hôtel pour un TOUT! C était parfait!!

Great location within walking distance to Broadway and attractions. Well provided room and amenities, quiet and comfortable. Continental breakfast a good start to the busy day as to the on premise coffee shop. The staff are the stand outs, can’t do enough for you fro. Checkin, house keeping and kitchen, the standout for our stay was JC, the Bar manager. A consummate professional and an awesome brand ambassador, they need to bottle his stuff, but also a gentleman and go to for all things, touristy or just to chew the fat, if we are ever back we will definitely stay here, but JC better be there

This was a great stay. Very active hotel. Easy walk to tourist and business sites in Nashville. The staff was kind. Was a safe location. Room very comfortable and clean. I will stay here again. Was pleased that my travel department was able to book this hotel.

Great stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was the warm and helpful service! Special thanks to Carla—she gave amazing travel tips. Super friendly, enthusiastic, and truly made my trip smoother and more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
