The location is in the city center, the bed is very comfortable, and the facilities are relatively new and modern. The service attitude is also very good, both at the front desk and the doorman.
At this price (more than 4,000 RMB per night), there are no slippers (perhaps due to cultural differences), but there is an extra charge for WiFi.
Overall, it's good, after all, you paid a lot of money.

Absolutely fabulous!!! The Joseph has an amazing Team always smiling, helpful, courteous and willing to help. Accommodations are amazing and live up to the name "Luxury". Roof top pool and bar are worth the visit and the restaurant "Yolan" is simply amazing. Overall fantastic experience at an incredible hotel only 2 blocks from Broadway. Will definitely be back!!

The service here was impeccable. From the front desk to housekeeping and the food and beverage staff, everything was wonderful with great attention to detail. We received immediate responses to every question with most things being done before we even asked. As a bonus, this is the perfect location only 2 blocks from Broadway.

Wonderful stay! Appreciate the hospitality. We were celebrating a birthday, and the hotel helped us with the celebration! The property was very well maintained and service impeccable. The few times I reached out to front desk for little things (like help with the coffee maker), someone was there to assist within minutes. Folks at front desk and valet were friendly and prompt as well.

Convenient location and at same quiet rooms. Well maintained property with good Bistro and one of the best Italian restaurant 'Yolan'. Probably the best Cotoletta Alla Milanese (fancy Italian name for Veal Chop). Very good wine selection. Service and Staff are impeccable. Only con like with every other Nashville downtown hotel is valet charges if you happen to have a vehicle. Everything else is just great.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Very clean. The staff at the breakfast bar in the lobby was amazing. and the food was the amazing! All the staff that I interacted with was so kind and always smiling. Bathrooms were SUPER clean, room was amazing. Great stay.

It’s very unique. Modernly classic. I like the creativity of the different restaurant/bars. They have a concept for everyone from the fine dining experience at Yolan to the rooftop bar, Denim, to the speak-easy for cocktails. They also have Cafe Yolan for breakfast and coffee bar in the morning. Convenient to all the Nashville experiences yet cozy and comfortable for lounging at the hotel as well. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable and the overall service and experience is terrific. I had a few things in the room that were not working properly but the staff took immediate action.
