I had a wonderful experience at The Joseph. The hotel is impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, with a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. The service was consistently friendly and professional — every staff member I interacted with made me feel well taken care of.
The on-site restaurant and bar exceeded expectations with high-quality food and a great ambiance. The rooftop pool and bar were definite highlights — the views are stunning, and it’s the perfect place to relax. I was also impressed by the excellent selection of wine, which added a luxurious touch to the experience.
Highly recommend The Joseph for anyone visiting Nashville who appreciates comfort, style, and great hospitality.

The location is in the city center, the bed is very comfortable, and the facilities are relatively new and modern. The service attitude is also very good, both at the front desk and the doorman.
At this price (more than 4,000 RMB per night), there are no slippers (perhaps due to cultural differences), but there is an extra charge for WiFi.
Overall, it's good, after all, you paid a lot of money.

The Jospeh Hotel and their staff were absolutely amazing! I took my 21 year old daughter for her birthday and the stat was absolutely perfect! We will definitely be staying there again! ❤️

Fantastic stay at the Joseph. Very nice room and great service. Want to personally thank Jenny at the front desk to attend to my cultural needs and helped me arrange my spa service. Spa is nice. Lauren was very helpful and enjoyed my massage with Melissa. Requests made via the in room iPad were fulfilled expeditiously. Close to many Nashville attractions but hotel itself not loud. My only criticism was pool is smallish and not clear what seats were taken bc towels left on chairs. No attendent to help. Overall great stay. Can’t wait to come again.

Very nice property with super friendly staff. While all of the people we encountered were professional and courteous, the Valet for the entire stay (4 days) was the best I’ve ever encountered. They recognized us every time, rushed to open doors to vehicles and the hotel, offered cold waters, and more. All were great, but Colin and Davonta are top of their game.

Jordan at the door was great! Professional, helpful, and courteous! The hotel was spectacular - clean, comfortable beds, luxurious! I would absolutely recommend to others and stay at the Joseph again!

This hotel was horrible. I heard the desk using derogatory words when walking by. The management should address that because my kids also heard them talking loud and using profanity as we walked by. That was disappointing and upsetting as the price we paid was high and expected more from the staff
