Element Nashville Airport

Hotel room was fairly large with 2 queen sized bed, complete with a kitchenette, clean and near the airport. Friendly and efficient staff from check in, room service, breakfast till the time we checked out. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Nashville.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Element Hotel In Nashville. At check in the receptionist was professional and friendly, and the bar and dining area was bright and inviting . Parking is limited and cost $12 per night. The room was clean and modern with a nice bed, new appliances, and large smart TV. The bedding was soft and plush but could have used a little more bleach in the washing process. The shower is huge with a large rain forest shower head; unfortunately, being on the fifth floor the water pressure was more of a drizzle than a rain forrest. The kitchenette is really nice and includes basic dishes, utensils, a good sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, sink, cleaning supplies, and storage for an extended stay. The breakfast on the weekend was nice, but come early — breakfast is served from 7:00 -10:00 am on weekends, we arrived at 8:45 and with the exception of the one very pleasant lady making omelets and pancakes one at a time for a line of five people, almost everything else was empty and didn’t get refilled before we left. There should have been a disclaimer at check in, “Complementary Breakfast While Supplies Last.” Breakfast on the weekdays was the same — the attendant worked both the grill and the lobby, and we waited for over 20 minutes to get scrambled eggs and pancakes, but they were very good and worth the wait. The heated salt pool is huge and there is ample seating area around the patio which is great for families or groups. The exercise room is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a quick workout. Don’t forget to bring your snacks and drinks because the prices in the lobby are expensive. Fortunately the hotel is conveniently located to restaurants, bars and grocery stores. In addition to paying for parking, there is a $25 per night charge for incidentals, which will be reimbursed 2-3 days after check out. If this hotel stepped up their game just a little in the breakfast part, the rating would easily be a five. Regardless, we would recommend staying here if you’re in the Nashville area.

This cost cutting at this place make it an unpleasant place to stay. I asked the staff to make it cooler in my room. They asked "what temperature do you want it to be?" That's a good indication the thermostats are dummies. How about "as cool as it is in the lobby?" I asked 4 times. each time someone would be sent. Never happened. The hot water is hot if you use it some other time than the one when everyone needs to take a shower. No way the boiler could have been running at capacity.

Excellent customer service, very comfortable beds. Breakfast good but would recommend a bit more variety each day

Enjoyed the property. Only issue was the water in the room did not get hot. Only stayed in the room for few hours over night as I was traveling to Florida.
