Beautiful hotel and excellent location. The lobby bar was wonderful, the Bongo Java coffee shop was great, and the restaurants were fabulous. The front desk staff was amazing. We weren't able to enjoy the nice pool though, as it had about 80 people in it and no where to sit! It was one of the reasons we chose The Omni. But, I would stay here again.

Michael at the lobby bar was amazing. Very professional and came up with creative delicious concoctions. Just tell him what you like and he will make a special drink for you. Great experience

My overall experience was a good experience, I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. The hotel decor and employees was very well appreciated not only by me, also by the family that I was with. I did not take advantage of the services that were available there, due to schedule events.

I was recently visiting the Omni with a group for a business trip, and we had the absolute pleasure of being served by Michael at the bar. From start to finish, he made our experience unforgettable. Not only was he attentive and professional, but he also brought such a great energy to the evening. His drinks were on point, and his service was even better. Our entire group was raving about him—he truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend stopping by the bar and asking for Michael if you’re ever at the Omni!

We had an adequate time at the Omni overall, however, we found out at checkin that they charge $72.00 for valet service for our rent car each day. This was never disclosed on the website beforehand.

Barlines and Bongo Coffee = absolute legends. The staff at both spots was kickass—friendly, fast, and clearly running on caffeine and good vibes. The food and drinks? Chef’s kiss. That Bongo latte? Life-changing. The Royal with Cheese? Straight-up delicious. Honestly, if I could have moved into either place, I would’ve. And beyond the food and drinks—the rooms, valet service, and hotel staff were all 5-star. Super clean, super kind, and always on point. The whole experience felt polished but never stuffy. Whoever’s running the show here clearly knows what they’re doing.

The staff was very accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. The room service and food at Barlines was great. We had a wonderful experience at this Omni and would highly recommend!

Bed was comfortable and bedding had stains—smelled clean, but room needs repair and drain in shower was clogged (which was fixed). Keurig had something scale or mold. Tv did not work. And bathroom shower had hair in it, toilet was dirty, vent was falling off wall and lighting was poor. However, Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Very disappointing —first stay 3 years ago was complete opposite experience.
