The hardware facilities of the hotel are okay, but the service is definitely very poor, very poor, very poor. I obviously booked a room for 5 nights with prepayment on Ctrip, which cost nearly 4,000 yuan a night, including breakfast, but when I When I checked in, the hotel told me that my room did not include breakfast and I had to pay for breakfast myself. After I reported it to Ctrip customer service, there was no positive feedback and I am still wrangling! Also, if you don't book a room at this hotel online on Ctrip, you can call the hotel directly in the United States or use a local app to book, and the price will be about 30% cheaper than booking on Ctrip, and you don't have to pay the full amount in advance. Hotel is very nice clean and friendly staff. Location not very convenient but the free shuttle service for a 3 mile radius is helpful. I would recommend this hotel best for business people not anyone looking to party downtown.
