No refrigerator no microwave like damn man it’s 2023 smelled terrible bathroom was either from a 90’s horror film sick day nightmare at grandmas or just hadn’t been used since February 2020 who the hell knows

The pictures online are not accurate at all...rooms were completely different! The online pictures are beautiful but the rooms are very old, dirty, and the mattresses are sunken down in the center so you roll into this hole that is very hard to get back out of, it just crazy! The tub was so stained, the carpet was so bad that it was just one large stain at this point, the leg of the office chair was broken & the tv remote didn't work. Complete Bait & switch with the beautiful online pictures to lure you in. Worst hotel ever!

This place is a mess. Our first room 123 was filthy. Black stuff on the wall, mold in the bath room, rusty hinges in the bathroom. Moved the next day to room 143. The room was cleaner but bathroom was worse. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!! The pool was supposed to be open, but I have seen cleaner ponds. This was green and covered in scum.

Had bedbugs in my room, was bitten multiple times. Checked out 12 hours early due to this and they would not give me a refund even though I showed them pictures of my bites and actual dead bedbugs from the room. Terrible service. Rude desk clerks. They claim they could not refund me without a manager and I came back the next morning and waited for hours, and he never showed up. He also will not return my phone calls. The worst experience…. These people do not care about their customers at all.. I will be seeking legal counsel against them

The room was incredibly dirty. The staff was incredibly rude. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work. The headboard on the bed had biological matter on it. There was not cleaned up and the key card kept not working. Had to go to the desk three times

The room provider should not have been listed as ready. The mirror was of the wall brackets and propped up against the wall, the door was not framed and gapped correctly, the toilet was making constant noise from running constantly, the lights were agar, the run smelled, the sheets had a film of residue (probably from the construction). We checked in, went in to see the room and asked to be checked out in under an hour of arriving. The employee at the desk said they can’t check us out because they only do that in the morning. Seriously? We asked off they can provide us something, they said they can only email us later in the day during “checkout time” and that we’d be refunded at least the for the 2nd night. None of the follow up from your hotel happened. I read a similar review online afterwards of the hotel. Seems like the poor standard is common at this location.

Hotel is under remodel which was not a bad thing, it’s well needed.
They really should invest in new mattresses. The bed was so uncomfortable that I was not able to get a good sleep.

The photos on ******* are completely deceiving. I would not have booked had I known. Did not feel safe. Beyond sketchy. Worried that my room would get broken into and belongings stolen. Dirty room. Torn up carpet. Dents all over the door. Stained lamp shade. Damaged phone. Very grungy bathroom. The tub bowed when standing in it. I didn’t even want to sleep in the bed. Hotel is just off the freeway, so the traffic at night is very loud. ******* should not have this hotel on their website. I took photos to document the room’s condition. Never booking at La Quinta again.
