The manager got really rude when I asked about why I was charged 158.00 more on my credit card statement. He was telling me I stayed two nights when it was only one night with two rooms and he was going to charge more to my card. I paid 223.16 for each room. I did get a 40.00 credit when I left because there was a big glob of hair in the bathtub drain in one room and a false eyelash on the bathroom floor of the other room and trash left on the floor. I will never stay at another Best Western.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is located just off of the Briley Parkway. It is a block from the Parkway, so it was very quiet. The room was comfortable. It had a mini fridge and a microwave. The decor was a little dated, but everything was CLEAN. The breakfast was good. There were choices to meet everyone's desires: cereal, oatmeal, waffles, hot foods like eggs, sausage, bacon, and croissants. They also had fruit and yogurt. The highlight of the breakfast was the attendant, Renee'. She kept everything full and CLEAN. She was also very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is old and tired. The beds are terrible and the sheets and pillows are really in need of upgrade. The drapes were broken and could not close them. It was uncomfortable. This is not a cheap price either. The location is far from Nashville center but very close to the mall and grand ole opry. Easy to get on the highway from here but not great choices for food. No close grocery stores or pharmacy either. It was dingy. Even the lobby was dingy. Stayed for 9 nights.

The hotel is clean, decent beds and accommodation with an included breakfast. All at a reasonable price for Nashville. It’s a well maintained 3 star hotel with everything you’d expect. Breakfast has some hot options as well as pastries and cereals, which for an included breakfast is pretty good. And a super friendly lady running breakfast The area is clean and safe - you can walk into the Opryland resort easily or nearby diners, and plenty of parking Reception was often unstaffed and you had to ring the bell a few times, but that’s a very minor complaint! Would stay again
