La localización del hotel era excelente, a menos de 10 minutos de Broadway St. El desayuno variado y acorde con la categoría del hotel, aunque sí que se echaba en falta algo de bollería tipo croissants. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias, y las instalaciones estaban muy bien cuidadas. Punto positivo: Disponen de café 24 horas, muy conveniente para cogértelo para llevar a la calle.

I can’t give this hotel enough stars for how amazing this hotel experience was. The location is amazing if you are wanting something within a few blocks of Broadway. The hotel was kept extremely clean.
The best thing about this hotel was the people who worked there. Every person that we came in contact with was amazing. Friendly, helpful and always smiling. It was so refreshing to experience that atmosphere. So, this hotel comes highly rated. It will make your Nashville travels even better!

Great place to stay.easy walking distance to the Broadway strip.hotel is very clean.great choice for bfeakfast.in the lobby you can play pool and table football it is also peaceful all around the hotel.the staff are a credit to this hotel so polite and very helpful nothing to much trouble.I will return at some time thank you all so much for a great stay.

Hotel is very clean and secure in a nice area of downtown Nashville. One block from Hall of Fame and Bridgestone Arena and two blocks to Broadway. Felt safe walking around the area day and night. The building requires a key card for entry and key card for elevators to the room which comforting that the building is secure. Also the parking garage is underground with garage doors instead of a gate which helps avoid passerbys looking to do car theft. The only thing is the parking spots are difficult to get in and out of because of large concrete posts. Hotel room was very clean and included kitchen, sofa, and comfortable bed. Free breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff was cleaning and refilling as needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Great experience! The hotel and our room was exceptionally clean. The staff we encountered were very nice and pleasant. They are also great in helping us find a place to eat our first night in town. The location was nice if you didn't want to deal with the downtown traffic.

Hotel basics were fine in terms of it being a mid-level urban hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, we actually had maid service without asking (!), navigating the parking garage was easy, the bed was good, and the breakfast service was better than the average “free” hotel breakfast fare. However, two issues stood out in a negative sense. The lesser of the concerns was the arrangement of the lobby which featured a circular counter in the middle of the space that handled everything. The setup was initially confusing (“Is this where we check in??”) and then made lobby congestion a real problem during busy periods. The larger concern, however, was a near complete implosion of the hotel’s elevator bank during a busy Sunday morning. Eventually two of three elevators were down. We were on the fifth floor and getting back down with our luggage to the parking garage when we left involved a 20+ minute wait—nightmare…
