Hey there JJ &Kj here we came into Nashville got the Billy idol concert 5/17/25. We checked in at 6 am we had to pay an extra 50.00 to early check in . Which wasn’t a problem. We needed a nap. Upon booking this hotel I was so excited for a small get away with JJ . A nice plan to sit in the hot tub and relax , see my parents whom were here for the same concert . I loved Nashville however this hotel was a bust. The reviews are correct . It is out dated. Very sketchy . We checked out mid day because of the mold problems they clearly had and didn’t care about. I checked out they didn’t offer a partial refund or anything . RUN RUN RUN

I rented 3 rooms for country music fest. We had to give a $50 cash only deposit for each room. All rooms were not very clean with garbage under the beds and old food left in the fridge. One of the rooms the sink and shower had difficulty draining. The other room had roaches in the bathroom. Our group only lasted 3 of the 5 night stay and had to find other accommodations for the last 2 nights. Do not stay here.

The property is centrally located to plenty of places to eat. Broadway St. not to far. The property was dirty with trash and cigarette butts everywhere. though its a non smoking hotel. Lady at front deak Extremely Rude! No ice machine on any floor working. Only one in lobby no ice buckets to even get ice. Hot tub wasnt working Heated pool was ice cold couldnt even swim. Two of the main reasons when I booked this was because of the swimming pool and hot tub. Should have called after reading the reviews first. Could have picked a better hotel with the amenities that I was looking for that WORKED. Wont ever stay there again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Found out housekeeping didn’t come during stay. Not a big deal but just FYI. Also no coffee pot in room but can have one if you ask for it. Staff was great and fulfilled any request I had.

Under the beds were disgusting, staff were rude and standoffish. We could hear the lady from the front desk having verbal altercations with several other guests. She was extremely lous and very unprofessional. The milk for the cereal was bad. I could see little clabbored chunks around the lid so i smelled it and it smelled bad. I told the lady at the front desk. She stomped over to the little eating area and said the milk was just opened the day before. She took the silver container the milk was in and brought back the container with some more milk in it. I could tell she had washed the container but the milk in the container still smelled bad. There were some kids come to the pool while my kids were at the pool. The adult that was with the kids was on the phone with someone arguing with them and using language that he shouldn't be using around any kid. One is the little boys began talking to me and ended up telling me that their cousin was the manager. Another one of the older boys said yea we run this pool. A little while later the boys began splashing water in my kids faces who are 3 and 5 years old and wouldn't stop at all so we left the pool and my kids were upset they couldn't play in the pool. When I said something to the lady at the front desk she said she wasn't responsible for what other customers do. I said to her don't you mean what your family does that's not paying and isn't staying here. She didn't respond. I will not stay there again.

not dirty but could have been cleaner , the halls weren't vacuumed the 4 days I was there.
