Davonne was amazing! Great service and super fast. Very courteous and we always looked forward to seeing him when we dropped off or picked up.

Loved my stay here. The hospitality was wonderful. Davon was especially helpful and courteous. All of the staff here were kind and attentive. The room was comfortable clean and had really nice amenities. Highly recommend!

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. it was filthy, worn out. The elevators are very small and dirty. they make noise all the way to your floor. They have rug all throughout the hotel, lobby, hallways and rooms. The bathroom shower was gross. I felt I needed to wear my slippers. The beds were fine. I’m in disbelief because I’ve stayed in other Alofts and they weren’t like this. This looks like run down hotel and they plastered the Aloft name on it. I will not stay here again.

Davonne was our valet for the 24 hour period. I was in and out for meetings for work and he was prompt, so pleasant and polite. I felt safe getting in and out of the car in an unfamiliar city. I will be back and for sure use the valet at the Aloft.
