Clean, quiet, and comfortable - pretty much all you want or need in a hotel. We were able to check in a couple hours early, which was great since we had driven about 3 hours to get there. We had a room on the 9th floor (a one bedroom suite). There was some noise from the construction across the street, but they ended work about 4:30 (this was on a Friday afternoon), so no problem there. If you’re staying during the week, there may be some concern for early morning construction noise. The room was spotlessly clean. Yes, there is a little wear and tear on some of the furniture, but nothing too bad, considering this is a hotel convenient to many tourist attractions and a couple of universities and likely gets a lot of use. The appliances were also clean and in good shape, though we only made use of the fridge. Parking is $32, and a little tight, but it was only about 60% full, so it was very easy to get a spot away from other cars if you’re worried about door dings. Staff were friendly and cordial, though we didn’t interact with them much since we were there only one night. Didn’t make it down for breakfast, so I can’t comment on quality or quantity. Overall, a very good place to stay for us.
