The world needs more people like Vicky! Give her a raise. Outstanding service, great suite for a large family, perfect location. The suite was clean and had everything we needed for traveling with small children. Rating: 10/10 would stay again!

Ali was exceptional to our stay! There was a few problems with the reservation being cancelled then rescheduled then wrong code for discount BUT she figured it all out and was a wonderful stay. Rooms were great for niece to do home work without us bothering her. Breakfast was good and the whole place immaculate. Will stay again.

I was close to giving this place a 3-star rating for a few of reasons…. First, the pool and gym are actually in the Springhill Suites connected to the Residence Inn. To get there, you have to take a different elevator that was all the way at the other end of the building and took forever to come up to our floor each time we went to the gym or pool. Second, the hotel lets local companies/people rent the pool for youth swim lessons and aqua aerobics. There were a couple times we took our son to the pool and he was sharing it with multiple lessons going on at the same time. Had a few other people staying at the hotel tried to use the pool at those times, it would have been pretty crowded. Third, the gym is too small for two hotels sharing it. There was one bench with weights shoved in the corner. There’s probably space for another bench. I ended up going with a four-star review because the rooms were nice, everything mechanical/electronic in the room worked, the parking garage had plenty of parking, breakfast was pretty good for a free hotel breakfast, and the location was ideal for a visit to Vanderbilt and getting down to Broadway. We’d probably stay here again, but might consider the Springhill for the pool/gym convenience, if the price is the same.

Hotel front desk could definitely use more hospitality training. I found Charlie to be especially rude as well as the woman that checked me in. I didn't get her name but she was white, on the shorter side, heavy set with glasses. Everyone else was nice but those two made for a bad expensive

We stayed for 12 nights and thoroughly enjoyed all 12 night’s. The hotel was conveniently located. Close enough to downtown broadway, about 20-30 minutes walk. Plenty of local bars/breweries with in walking distance. Each and every member of the hotels staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was large and comfortable. Our room was serviced every day to a high standard. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Visually I,paired and they stuck me in a room with a vent in the middle of the living room that was painted white and contained no pictue or other marking resulting in walking into it several times. Had to put the chairs around each side making a small room even smaller. Claims to have been sold out yet they dropped the price from 978 a night to 621 night due to low occupancy. Asked to have the lower rate under their room guarantee and was a link to this fake guarantee stating you need to fill out a form 24 hrs before your stay. Stay away from this property as there are other newer properties in the area that know hoe to treat their elite travelers.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable - pretty much all you want or need in a hotel. We were able to check in a couple hours early, which was great since we had driven about 3 hours to get there. We had a room on the 9th floor (a one bedroom suite). There was some noise from the construction across the street, but they ended work about 4:30 (this was on a Friday afternoon), so no problem there. If you’re staying during the week, there may be some concern for early morning construction noise. The room was spotlessly clean. Yes, there is a little wear and tear on some of the furniture, but nothing too bad, considering this is a hotel convenient to many tourist attractions and a couple of universities and likely gets a lot of use. The appliances were also clean and in good shape, though we only made use of the fridge. Parking is $32, and a little tight, but it was only about 60% full, so it was very easy to get a spot away from other cars if you’re worried about door dings. Staff were friendly and cordial, though we didn’t interact with them much since we were there only one night. Didn’t make it down for breakfast, so I can’t comment on quality or quantity. Overall, a very good place to stay for us.

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite over a long weekend and this place needs attention from Marriott. The place needs a deep cleaning (grimy carpet, marks on walls/doorframes). Both HVAC thermostats flashed error codes the whole visit and it took a full day for the rooms to cool down. (Two on-site engineers said that was “normal” for our floor.) On the positive side, the water pressure was great and being able to use our room keys for in-and-out parking was very convenient. Breakfast was worse than our normal RI experience in terms of both food and beverage selection. And while we requested a feather-free room on our reservation, housekeeping did not get that done. The check-in desk was shared with a Springhill Suites so the wait to speak with someone did get long. And housekeeping was offered only every other day.

While this hotel is not explicitly bad, I can’t think of anything that stands out, at all. Hotel entry is on a dark side street. Rooms are small & dated. Halls are narrow. Windows are limited so there’s not much light. Our rooms pull out bed is crummy. Only one remote control available for two TVs. The location, is convenient, near Hattie B’s, the Midtown Cafe and the Cookout.
