Courtyard Nashville at Opryland

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel as a Bonvoy Titanium Elite member. Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the checking experience I had upon arrival. During my interaction with Ramon T., I found his demeanor to be lacking in basic courtesy and professionalism. As a guest, I do not expect over-friendliness or excessive welcome, but I do expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Ramon's demeanor came across as angry and unwelcoming, making me feel as though I was inconveniencing him by staying at your hotel. In the hospitality industry, it is crucial for staff members to provide a warm and welcoming environment for guests. Ramon's behavior fell short of these expectations, and I believe that he may not be the best fit for a customer-facing role. As a loyal Bonvoy member, I value the quality of service provided by hotels within the network. I urge you to address this issue to ensure that other Bonvoy members do not have a similar negative experience at your property.

I booked three rooms at this Courtyard based on the photos online, but upon arrival, it was clear the hotel did not live up to expectations. The entrance had a strange, funky odor and the overall cleanliness was underwhelming. I asked to see a room before checking in, but the receptionist was dismissive and unaccommodating. Uncomfortable with what I saw, I chose to stay at the Hilton next door instead. Before canceling, I double-checked with the front desk to ensure there would be no charge, and I was assured I had until 3 p.m. to cancel without penalty. I proceeded with the cancellation—yet when I got to my room at the Hilton and checked my account, I was shocked to find that Courtyard had already charged me more than expected despite the verbal assurance. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. I expected more transparency and basic courtesy. I won’t be booking here again, and I suggest others think twice.

Great Stay Everything was delightful about the hotel especially the staff only thing I would bring up is the rooms had a strange odor to them. I wouldn’t call it a bad odor just a interesting one that I didn’t care for. Very well located if you’re trying to get in the grand old Opry area I highly recommend you visit the grand old Opry hotel for its gardens.

It was perfect. We only needed to stay for one night but it would have been great for longer stays as well. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful. The beds were also great. I would definitely recommend.
