A very exquisite presentation. Hospitality the way it should be. From the bottom to the top, a wonderful experience. Walking distance to the Capital and Broadway. The accommodations are comfortable, clean and spacious. After a day on the town, returning to the room is as inviting as home.

Spent three nights here. Our room was large and well equipped including daily water and turn down service. Our bath was equally well equipped and spacious. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants and music venues. Breakfast was included with our room but if it is not included I would recommend eating elsewhere. We did have one dinner at the hotel and it was excellent with professional service. We also one one night had a glass of wine in the lobby bar. Bartender was very nice and knowledgeable. Excellent wine but the wine in the lobby bar and the breakfasts were not worth the cost.

We cannot say enough how wonderful this hotel is. It exceeded our expectations. Elegant lobby area and spacious clean rooms. Comfortable beds and great high pressure shower. A traditional atmosphere with a modern flair. Nice touches including a well-maintained fitness room with chilled bottles of water and refrigerated towels to complete the workout. We enjoyed the bed turndown service at night. Most of all, we appreciated the excellent and attentive staff. From the front desk to the doormen. As an example: we were taking an evening stroll and it started to drizzle. The doorman ran after us to provide hotel umbrellas- which were a godsend when it started to pour down several blocks later. Little touches in the rooms-like four types of pillows for sleeping including buckwheat. We kept getting nice surprises which made it an incredible stay. Highly recommend the Hermitage!

I had the pleasure of staying at The Hermitage for 7 days and could recommend it enough. It's a beautiful building in a great location. Staff are great , warm yet very professional. My room was a nice size , air conditioning worked well, and everything was to a high standard. Housekeeping needs a special mention as my room was immaculate every day. Without a doubt, it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in .

We had such an amazing time at the hotel. It was probably the best hotel stay we have ever had. They do the perfect job with everything they do. Attention to details in the room was incredible. The staff was amazing too they have a great team. The bed was also so comfortable I slept great every night.

Hotel perfection in all aspects. I didn’t want to leave. The food and drinks were amazing. The beds were like heaven. I loved the fitness center. The little hand towels were a nice touch seen throughout the entire hotel. Personalized stationery—-very nice touch awaiting my arrival in the room. I can’t say enough about this place. It was far better than the Waldorf Astoria and it closely rivals the Ritz!
