Everything went smoothly in the Music City. It only took less than 20 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport. It was very convenient and the hotel was right after turning the corner. The hotel was also good and the service staff was very enthusiastic. After checking in, I went to a bar in the old town. Also very convenient.

As a Diamond member with Hilton Honors, I stay at many hotels throughout the year, every year, since 2001. This hotel should not be allowed to carry the Hampton Inn name. It should have been renovated twice by now, but it is still flexing its original decor from the early 2000s, I would guess. It is old, worn out, falling apart & still charging like the newer hotels in the area. Stay clear of this poorly run, grossly mismanaged property.

Incredibly dirty and outdated . We traveled with a team and on several occasions families were trapped in a malfunctioning elevator. The breakfast began over 1.5 hours late. Our room still had tissues laying on floor from previous guest- was not cleaned. Pick another option

This hotel is in a great location, close to the interstate but quiet and close to wonderful restaurants and shopping in Brentwood. However, the hotel needs serious updating. The paint on the back of our bathroom door was peeling, a ceiling corner of the bathroom shower was broken through, the toilet bowl was stained, the ironing board was broken and the pad dirty, one elevator worked only sporadically, housekeeping did not come as stated, and hallway sounds were amplified.

This was a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Two of the front desk staff on the first two nights whose names I did not catch were very quick to help. Two others who stood out as professional, friendly, and helpful were Evelyn and Rick. I would recommend based on staff, bed, amenities in rooms, complimentary snacks, BREAKFAST was AWESOME, location and parking were great, exercise room, hosting a big group efficiently at the same time, bathroom was nice as well. Thanks!

One elevator has an out of order sign on it but it’s the only one that opens. It did work but was a little scary. Pop machine doesn’t take quarters or give change. Tv’s in fitness room don’t work. Coffee for machine in room is wrong size & un- useable. Room was small, dirty carpet. Shower head should have adjustable settings but doesn’t adjust. Will not stay here again on our way back through.

This was the worst experience we’ve ever had with Hilton dba Hampton Inn. The worst of it was no hot water! The maintenance man said that it was because we were far from the boiler. I ran the hot side and it was freezing water, if I ran it for 5 minutes it got like warm not warm enough to shower. Turn it off for even a second and it was freezing again it was too cold to wash hands in January! The maintenance man used a meter said it was reading 100 degrees BS! At 3:00 a.m. we were woke by a man screaming down the hall “THERE ISN’T ANY HOT WATER!” They refuse to acknowledge the problem, UNBELIEVABLE! I called the corporate headquarters and was patched over to the hotel they gave us a $40.92 refund of a $119.42 bill. That is insulting. There was other issues too. It is very dated, the shower door is barely usable and dilapidated, there was some mold in the corner of the bathroom and the floor looked unclean, one lamp didn’t work and one was falling off the wall. I took pictures for proof. I am very disappointed in Hilton and surprised too. Do better!! I stayed at a Hampton Inn at Madison, WI two nights prior and it was awesome. Not sure who is managing the one in Nashville but they are ruining Hiltons reputation. Never again will I stay there.
