在音樂之城真的一切順利,從機場到這個酒店衹花了不到二十分鐘,一個彎拐進來就到酒店,很方便,酒店也不錯,服務人員很熱情,入住後去老城區的酒吧也很方便。

Very quiet nights, even though it's next to I65, and we had a room next to the elevator. Rooms like new, staff were very pleasant. Plenty of towels, etc for a long weekend. I like that they offer hand-held shower heads. Meals were MUCH better than average (always had an egg dish and bacon/sausage, oatmeal, hard-boiled eggs, yogurts, cereals, waffles, fruits, fruit juices, pastries, and obviously fresh coffee and milk, hot water for tea. I probably forgot a few things). Location convenient to Brentwood, Franklin, and maybe 10-15 minutes to downtown Nashville. I would definitely stay there again.

A very nice Hampton on the western outskirts of Nashville. Noticeably clean everywhere. Plastic bags in trash cans, a big plus. Bathroom accouterments a plenty. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Among some other items too. Very nice touch. King room was sufficiently large. Lavatory faucet controls were a bit wonky. One worked clockwise the other counter clockwise. The TV sound had a mind of its own. I set it to zero with captions on, but after several minutes, it suddenly shifted to a much louder setting. I tried the muting button, but again after several minutes, the volume came back on quite loud. I don’t know if this is a LG TV feature or malfunction. This property seems to have several maintenance folks on duty. We don’t often see that. A good sign indeed. We’re about to check out but waiting for Amazon to make a promised delivery before 11am, but that’s another story…

The staff was super friendly. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Very easy to get to. I have absolutely no complaints. Will definitely stay here again. Kudos to the staff. My remote did not work for the TV. I notified a staff member and with in 5 mins, maintenance was there and fixed the problem. That is prompt service. Good job!!!

Place is clean enough, but I doubt I will stay here again. No ports for USB cables in room to charge phone. Digital key didn’t work. Various TV channels, including FOX News, indicate they have no signal. Otherwise the place is fine, but it is the details that are important when I am traveling that make the difference

This Hilton has a great staff, who were all very kind. Check-in process was quick and easy, and the breakfast was good. The breakfast attendant was helpful and nice. The only negative is the building is worn down in several areas. Overall, it’s fine.

Originally, I checked in on the Hilton honors app (Digital key). Found out the hard way the key doesn't open outside doors as I was trying to get bags from car and had to walk around entire complex to get back in. Parking was limited, Caution tape around the entire front parking area of hotel (no idea why). The Hilton App picked the room for me ahead of time as best room. Tried to get an elevator to the lower level where room was, only one elevator worked. Working elevator made horrible noises, worried about using it again, so used the stairs. Room on the lower level was down the hall from the area that breakfast is served. Also meeting place in evening for all of hotel, since Lobby isn't allowed. Me and my two children got zero sleep, screaming yelling from intoxicated adults from 10pm through 3am. Then early in the am the breakfast rush starts, again loud. All being heard from inside the room like it was next to our beds. No sound proofing at all. Main door you could see light through while locked. The rooms are dark, small and could barely walk around beds. The bathrooms had no exhaust fans, cabinets had heavy coat of dust. Tile floor looked unclean with dust and dirt in the grout. Toilet looked like it had a good leak at some point, stain and build up of minerals down the wall onto the floor. We wore flip flops in room and while in shower. Went to plug phone into outlet and outlet went into the wall. Room smelled musty and carpet was old. I sneezed constantly, guessing mold and dust. Breakfast was gross. we ate elsewhere the next day. Pretty sure scrambled eggs I tried, had sugar... they were sweet and I saw others throwing them away too. Entire place needs to be renovated and Like I said I'm a Hilton Honors member and have never stayed at such a gross and run down facility that had a Hilton name before. I spent $363.00 dollars for two nights here and I can't believe it, this is a $50 a night hotel. I never leave reviews but felt it was necessary to warn others.

There is road construction all around this place, so beware. The place is clean and a typical Hampton. No complaint on the room or service. It was quiet too. Breakfast is served on the lower level, and elevators seemed slow. For a one night stay it worked. Across the parking lot is a Wendys too. Getting in and out is a little tricky at times.

This is the most outdated Hampton property I have ever stayed in. As Hilton gold members, we always choose a Hilton property but would not stay here again. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The furnishing and carpet are straight out of the 1970s. Stay somewhere else!
