I don’t normally leave reviews but because I always look at reviews for decision-making, I thought I would start with this great hotel! Just spent one night, but really enjoyed my stay. Friendly folks at the desk; comfy bed; very, very clean everywhere; nice breakfast; great location. Great choice if you’re wanting to stay in the Green Hills area.

This is the most well run hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the quick and easy check in, to the awesome full breakfast buffet I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The whole hotel is a joy at every turn. The lobby is inviting, have coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24/7 but the star of the show is the staff! Randy and Jenna had great advice for us Nashville newbies and helped us to make the most of our trip! They were patient and kind and truly made our trip great!

Everyone from the manager to the housekeepers greeted us with a friendly smile. They were knowledgeable and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating.The hotel felt like a boutique with lovely paneling, cut limestone and nice lobby/furniture. Great breakfast and great location next upscale shopping and theater. Very clean. Hampton Green Hills will be my go to place to stay in Nashville.

We have stayed here several times, and it has been consistently great. The desk staff is always professional, courteous, and helpful. Rooms are always clean. Hotel is close to medical facilities, shopping, and restaurants. And parking is free.

Better than usual Hampton in terrific area, next to Green Hill Mall and several good dining establishments (very short walk). Lobby and halls were southern estate/classic/traditional decor. A guy was re-staining the walnut wood work when we arrived. Surface and underground car parking., among which was a Bentley, a Maserati, two Porsche and two Tesla. Very friendly, unpretentious staff. Usual good HI breakfast. Comfy clean quiet room. Good access back to main roads nearby. Somewhat removed from the traffic and hassles of downtown . Very glad we stayed there.

I stayed here for three days during CMAFest. The hotel was spotless. Checking in and out was a breeze. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I chose to stay here because it was half the price of the downtown hotels. Downtime was about four miles away so we took an Uber. I had a queen studio suite and it was excellent. Two rooms with a kitchenette .. just what you need for several days stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of lighting. I would not hesitate to stay again! Breakfast was everything you want and the lady ( I didn’t get her name ) was so helpful with refills etc. You can’t go wrong at this hotel. It’s working walking distance of The Cheesecake Factory and the mall. Will definitely book again and again!

We really enjoyed our stay - the room was terrific - very clean. The staff very friendly and helpful, and the location, right next to the Mall at Green Hills, was amazing. Can't say enough good things - highly recommend.

The rooms were very quiet even though the towel was full. Ample free parking. Super nice hotel staff, very clean and comfortable. Construction in the area but still very easy to get in and out of. Plenty of options at breakfast and vending. Will certainly return.

We have always had good experiences here, I had not been since the upgrade. I don't usually mention decor, but I really loved the color of the new carpets - not the usual gray/brown, but a very nice gray/light teal. The hotel is in a great area, next to the mall and many restaurants, very safe. Free parking is provided on-site. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms well-set-up, water pressure good. Beds and pillows were comfortable, plenty of outlets next to the bed, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was ample (did not feel inclined to try the eggs, but there were plenty of other options), dining room was clean and pleasant. One thing: when we were in the room, there was a loud rushing noise coming from the door. We asked the front desk, and they told us that something about the way the redesign was done causes that, but if you put a towel at the right spot at the crack under the door, the noise goes away. And it did! Very strange physics.

This is my family’s go to hotel in Green Hills. Always wonderful accomodations Great service. We come here about 4 times a year& everything is consistently great. Close to family, groceries great restaurants,salons& green hills mall

Friendly staff. Nice clean hotel. Spacious bath with lots of counter space. Located away from the hectic part of Nashville, but an easy drive to downtown. Location was perfect for the book tour we attended at Parnassus Books!

Very nice and clean hotel. Guy who checked me in on arrival seemed a bit confused …to me it appeared he was new to his job or checking people in but got the room I chose at online check-in ready in about 1/2 hr. Did need to ask him if he recognized my Diamond status after he gave me my keys which he then did and then offered the benefit snacks. Room was good sized, nice bathroom. When my dinner delivery order arrived one of the front desk gals asked if I needed utensils and said she knew sometimes they would forget. Since I had a fully stocked kitchen in my room I assured her I was all set but that is a nice touch for a hotel staff to recognize. Morning staff and breakfast next day were fantastic. When I checked out online super early already having ordered a Lyft, the morning on 24March the (overnight) front desk guy seemed a bit “off”…like asking if I was checking out…well with luggage in hand and a Lyft just outside, kinda obvious at 5:45am. Plus I told him I had checked out via the app and he asked me again if he needed me to print out the receipt. Lyft driver too said this front desk person was outside when he arrived and started yelling at him for driving fast to the entrance. Well I saw him pull up slowly so that was just wrong. Plus he drove at the speed limit to the airport. I’ll stay at this hotel again as my work site is close by. Hopefully these two male front desk persons will behave a bit more professionally to guests and Lyft drivers.

We stay at Hampton In & Suites -Green Hills every trip to Nashville to visit our son and daughter-in-law. The hotel is spotless, breakfast delicious and the staff is friendly. We especially appreciated Ms. Shockley the breakfast hostess. Lovely and friendly lady.
