Came to visit Vanderbilt University, right next to the university, upgraded to a high floor, the executive lounge dinner and breakfast were good, the food quality was good, and the family lived very comfortably!

Goed hotel op een mooie locatie. Helaas is Nashville niet meer wat het was. Nu is elk cafe en restaurant in de hele straat tegen elkaar aan het opvechten met super luide muziek. Alle rooftop bars rekenen dure drankjes en wij zagen alleen al in een middag (!) meer dan 28 vrijgezellenfeestjes. De straten zijn bezaaid met dit soort feestjes en het lijkt wel Cancun en Ibiza on speed. Niets doet meer herinneren aan Nashville. Jammer. Hotel em personeel was wel top en super gastvrij.

We had a great stay at the Vanderbilt Marriott. The manager, Alex, went out of his way to make our visit extra special. He helped us get the perfect room and even surprised us with a cheese and chocolate board. So thoughtful! My daughter is soon to be a senior at Belmont, so I’ve stayed at a lot of different hotels in Nashville. This one is a new favorite! The staff is friendly and professional, the location is perfect (right across from Centennial Park), and the hotel is clean and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the concierge lounge on the first floor. It’s a great spot to relax. For the location, service, and price, it’s hard to beat. We’ll definitely be back!

A little disappointing. The staff was nice and the rooms were spacious. However, and maybe it was the time of year, but the hotel was understaffed. There is a nice coffee place in the hotel, but the very nice person who worked there was often away running errands relating to the coffee place, and there were often 5-15 minutes waits during prime coffee hours 8-9; 12-2 waiting for her to return. Restaurant was also thinly staffed and there were some short waits there as well. Housekeeping started off well but got spottier as the stay went on. On a couple of days, the staff forgot to replace the soap, the moisturizer and the water. Finally, there were two used/dirty laundry carts that were left in the hallway for quite a few days which were still there when I departed (see pictures)

I just wanted to post really quick about our amazing stay at this hotel. I will write more afterwards and post it, but I just wanted to give a quick shout out to all the staff I interacted with, all so gracious and outgoing. the staff make a hotel, and these staff were all 10s
