Great location and breakfast. You have to call for housekeeping service, otherwise they won’t come to clean the room by themselves. They definitely need more trollies in a busy hotel like this one. Good experience overall.

Bed had bed bugs. Woke up covered in bites. Free night and a room change however, so they made up for it.

The hotel is outdated. It was clean but there was a slight smell. The workers were friendly. The biggest problem I had was that check in was listed at 3pm. We had plans and needed to get into our room as soon as available. I waited for the digital key to arrive until 3:30pm. It never arrived so we decided to go to the hotel & see if the app was having a problem. When we arrived, the lady told me that they were full and our room wasn't ready yet but would be within 10-15 mins. There were people sitting all over the lobby & in the breakfast area. That should have been my first clue. That 15 mins turned into over an hour. Check in was at 3pm and we didn't get a room until after 5pm. As I mentioned earlier, we had plans and we were put extremely behind. The lady was very apologetic. I will choose a different hotel for future needs.

The room is very clean and looks very nice but the technology is very out of date. The remote doesn’t let you access anything but going up and down with the channel and turning the volume up and down. I go down to the desk to complain to see if maybe i have the wrong remote, nope they bring me the exact same one. Very aggravating when someone wants to bring their own device to watch things on. If a hotel has a problem with that SAY SOMETHING.
