Had the best hotel experience in Nashville. Tai Moss at the front desk was amazing,she was very nice and awesome to talk to helped us have a fantastic experience!!!!!! Also like to mention Melody and Will who was at the front desk when we checked out also very nice and helpful. The room we had was very clean and thebed was so comfortable my wife and will definitely be back in the future. Again Thanyou!

This hotel is very disappointing. The dilapidated condition of the guest rooms are shameful. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. All the furniture needs replacing and the wood wall cabinets are in need of desperate repair. The "sought-after" park view is a waste to say the least. The hotel is next door to Bridgestone area which is nice.

Susie made me a last minute omelet that was Delicious!!! We arrived shortly after closing time, not knowing that the brunch stopped at 11:00, but Susie greeted us with a smile and gladly made my omelet. Our server was equally as friendly and accommodating. Her name was Kimberly. Thank you ladies.

Five Stars Across the Board! From the moment we arrived, Will and the front desk team went above and beyond. They took the time to find us the perfect room and gave us a thoughtful overview of everything to see and do during our two-day stay. The room was fantastic — spotlessly clean, with luxurious bedding, cloud-like pillows, and a view that was truly unforgettable. We felt comfortable and cared for every step of the way. And the location? Five stars as well. Just half a block from the heart of Broadway — close to all the action but peaceful enough for a great night’s sleep. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

This is hotel is nice and the rooms are spacious. Great location to stay at if you want to go bar hopping downtown. The valet was exceptional especially Zach, he was extremely helpful and always asking if we needed help with directions. He always had our car ready when we needed it. We definitely recommend the valet & hotel it’s worth your money. Thanks, Longoria

Refrigerator in the room didn’t work, stains on the pillows! Housekeeping comes in the room w/o knocking and a do not disturb sign on the door. Key never works, multiple trips to an unfriendly front desk. They charge me for 3 nites even though I only stayed two. Never stay at this Hilton. Looks nice but service is terrible.
