There were roaches in the room. It was a no smoking room and the whole place just reeked of smoke. A man was beating on my door and trying to get into my room. I had to call the external number of the hotel to get someone & the employee was not helpful.

This extended stay was clean and quiet. The location was perfect for the The Grand Ole Opry and the Nascar race in nearby Lebanon.The grab and go breakfast was not replenished so some patrons got nothing. Even the coffee was empty. The only time we saw the desk person was when we checked in. The “Be back in a few minutes” sign was always in the window of check in. Luckily there were restaurants nearby.

I booked a room at this hotel as it is labeled an "Airport" hotel and I would be coming in late from a red eye flight. I called them a few days prior to arrival and the day of arrival to let them know I would be coming in around 1:30am and to please not give away my room. My file was noted per the person I spoke with. When I landed at 1am I called again to confirm my room was okay. My 11 year old son and I got in to an uber and headed over after they said "sure com on over your room is available but you need to take a single bed not two twins" Fine so off I went and got in my uber. We arrive and I was told that they dont have any rooms and my son and I were out of luck. This person said whoever I talked to a few minutes prior had left for the evening and there was nothing they could do. So we spent an hour trying to find another hotel standing in the parking lot. I called the next day to confirm I was not charged for the room and they said "no sir you were not charged". A few days later I checked my credit card and sure enough I was charged. Fraudulent. Horrible.
