This hotel definitely has staffing issues and the valet situation can be very frustrating especially when you have to wait over 45 minutes for your vehicle during peak times. We definitely did not have the experience we expect when staying at a Marriott.

I've stayed here many times and always been very happy. The hotel is spotless and the staff is a delight. Amenities are great. Food is not the best. Breakfast is fine but the other meals are meh. Two staff members Azza and Samantha who work in the Concierge lounge are both fantastic. I hope they are recognized.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, but the best part was the customer service. Every employee around every corner was eager to help and super friendly. Especially ELLEN! She went above and beyond to make our day and I really appreciated her helpfulness. She was super kind and friendly. What a gem! Thank you for an amazing Nashville experience!

Excellent experience. Every one I dealt with was extremely helpful. Stayce at the front desk went above and beyond,as did Jessee, the concierge. They really helped to make the trip memorable. Easy location to get to downtown Broadway and Country Music Hall of Fame.

Phenomenal event venue to execute an event in! Amazing hotel, beautiful rooms, abundant meeting space, top-notch F&B, incredible staff and attention to detail. Immediate responses to needs onsite. Pictures in the add misleading. I booked a room with shower and tub separated and I was assigned to a room with tub and shower together. Not a 5 star-hotel at all.

If you visit the loyalty club on 33 Azza will take great care of you. She makes every guest feel special with a bright and cheerful greeting. She goes the extra mile to notice the preference of each guest. On the first day of my stay she recognized I take a water bottle to go and each morning thereafter she had them waiting for me on my table. She makes staying at the JW a special experience.
