Front desk staff at check in lacked any hospitality. Room was clean with comfortable bed and linens. With that being said, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Breakfast was average from what you’d expect for a hotel buffet — it was promptly ready at 6:30 am so we were able to eat and get right on the road. Front desk staff at check out was more warm than at checkin but didn’t ask how our room was or if any issues. This was our second time staying here. And while the location is great, there are just too many hotels to pick from and I won’t plan on returning to this location in the future.

Hotel and employees let people without a handicapped tag or placard park and fill up handicapped spots. When we went in and complained the employee at the front said "really, here? When I showed them pictures of the cars the employee said, oh that one is my car. Is the back log filled? I some times forget to put my placard up." Not, let me fix this. Later, still no placard and nothing done about the other vehicles!!! AND THEY CHARGED US FOR PARKING!!! If the hotel has handicapped employees they should have handicapped employee only parking not use the ones for paying guests!!!

The staff at the hotel are amazing. They gave some of the best hidden gems for restaurants! The hotel was very clean with a great breakfast selection. The hotel is tucked away in a quite part of the city, which is located near the mall which has great shopping.

The hotel seems understaffed. The decor is pleasant, and room was spacious. I did need to change the reservation and was on hold 30 minutes at 2 different times. The check in desk was unattended. Based on stays at other premium hotels I would rate the hotel lower than average.

I've stayed at this property in Nashville a few times for business purposes. It's always one of the more affordable options in town, boasts a great staff, and is very easy to get around. Most importantly, it's a newer property, and the rooms are very modern and some of the better ones you'll find in a Hyatt Place. Highly recommended.

The checking in and out process was very easy. The front desk staff was wonderful, engaging, helpful and funny. Popcorn in the evening was unexpected. The lounge area is very large. The breakfast was surprisingly different each day and not what you usually get in a hotel. Loved it.

The Worst Hotel & Management Team in Nashville - Avoid. The front desk employees ( Kendra, Schyra & Chira) always sit in lobby eating food and act bothered if you ask for something. The food at breakfast is always undercooked and unappealing. They always run out of food at 7 am or just decide not to put things out for the guests to eat. In the evening the front desk employees act as bartenders, yet they don't know how to make drinks so just ask for a beer. The property is filthy as well. If you go in the stairwell there is uncleaned vomit and food. It's nasty. When you bring your complaint to management they some how turn the bad experience on the consumer. Last but not least it takes about a month to receive your deposit back. Great location. Stay at the Courtyard by Marriott it's 200 feet away and a better experience.

I love that it was a very rich neighborhood Greenhill. It was very safe and very clean walkable distance two different malls. Everything I liked about it. The only thing they changed you couldn’t park in the parking lot. It would be $30 a night you had to park on the street.
