This is a privately owned Aloft and recently went through management changes a few months ago .They fired many of their staff and have yet to replace any of the shuttle drivers and appears understaffed in others. This is exceptionally frustrating because I specifically, and consistently, stay at this hotel and rely on their shuttle between the hotel and airport. The new hotel staff I have met are poorly trained and not responsive to customer needs and I blame that on the lack of leadership and poor management. I really enjoy the Aloft, but this one is starting to look worn down, dirty, and you can see the lack of commitment or teamwork on the part of the employees. I’ve been here over a dozen times and used to really enjoy this hotel, but it has fallen far and fallen quickly.

Convenient and inexpensive and what I was looking for when visiting Nashville. Alofts all have a cool vibe. Table games and pool table are great entertainment. Things to know: Between 10-5 there’s no food except snacks at Re:Fuel. If without a car, be prepared to DoorDash. There’s not much around and walking to the main road is downhill without a sidewalk. Things to improve All employees should be wearing Marriott name tags. Guys walking around all in black clothes appear to be employees, but would better to make that apparent. Check there are towels at the pool and gym every morning/night. Clean the elevator floors Offer better wine selections.

Hotel—⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Room—⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amenities—⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff—⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Such a great experience, and I’m not exaggerating! It’s clean, fun, comfy, and the staff really was the best I’ve experienced, and I travel a LOT! Will definitely stay again!

Clean room and very comfortable bed. But…coffee maker needed pod holder, body wash dispenser was empty, tissue box needed to be replaced. Also, not a fan of the pay breakfast concept.

Hotel was nice, room was clean for the most part. TV did not work neither did the lights on the bathroom sink. Fridge was sticky from prior guests but overall decent stay just to sleep
