Hotel Grand Rio

I am staying in this hotel for the past two days (6th and 7th nights) and will be checking out today 8th Oct 2024. The hotel is very good. The check out time is 11 AM. Only one insensitive remark from the front office executive jarred us. I informed the front office executive that I would be checking out at 08:30 AM to go for rituals near the Godavari. Every hotel has the facility to allot a room to a guest, who checks out early, for at least a duration of 30 minutes to freshen up, when they come to pick their luggage from the reception. But here the front office executive bluntly said that you can keep the luggage in the reception and go, and, collect it later, but you will not get any facility to freshen up. We have no choice but to do what he says. Truly said, it is the employees of any Hotel who make the experience good or bad. The bluntness of the front office executive has left a bad taste. Other than this, our experience in the hotel is good. I hope this Hotel conducts a training program for this front office executive so that he talks to guests with some sensitivity. Regards, Subramanyam Ravi Shankar.
Rakabi the Fern, Igatpuri

It was a great fun being at the Fern . We liked almost everything about it . The rooms are big and give a good view of the hills. Food , in terms of quality and variety was also very good. Being a Bihari, I was very pleasantly surprised to find Aloo Bhujia (do not confuse it with Bikaneri bhujia, it's more like the French fries) in the buffet dinner. The hotel has a large open space in front with a lawn with artificial grass. In the evening complimentary tea and biscuits are also served. A kids play area is also there to keep the kids involved. The only suggestion I have is they should serve some pakoda etc instead of Biscuits with the evening tea. The game zone was under renovation and hence we could not use it . But overall it was a very good stay.
Treat Hotel Nashik City Center

Property is very good however management is terrible. Honestly the staff is unbelievably untrained specially the front desk staff. The check out time is 11 am which is quite unreasonable and staff was literally started chasing from 10 am for check out. Literally called several times for checkout.
Grape County Eco Resort & Spa, Nashik

we did the booking and checked into the resort at about 6:30 pm on 20th Oct. we were allotted a room no. 110 in the basement of one Block.. for which we needed to go down two floors.. both is us are Senior Citizens.. the room is spacious.. and neat.. the AC was decent... but there were few mosquitos.. and we needed the repellant. the flush of the commode was not having pressure for water.. and was taking time to fill.. it rained cats and dogs.. and rain water 💧was coming inside the front door area.. we couldnot go out to the restaurantas it was raining heavily.. plus the passage to the restaurant was dimming lit.. fearing that we may slip and fall we ordered for room service.. a simple Dal Khichidi and Curd rice.. was good.. next day morning we left to Triambak at 5:30 am.. and left the key at the front desk.. as the Room vacating time suggested to us was 10:00 am.. hence we told the front desk to move our baggages to the front desk after 10 am.. as we were expected to get delayed st the Temple.. we returned back from 3:30 pm.. and wanted to change our soiled cloths used for Temple darshan with fresh ones and sought some decent place to change our dress.. to our utter surprise we were shown a toilet outside the reception area to go and change.. the toilet doesnot have any doors.. instead the complete floor was wet and dirty.. hence we requested for a better place so that our cloths donot get wet.. they finally advised us to go to the Restaurant area and use the spoilers there.. which we did eventually.. after paying more and seeking a decent place for changing the soiled cloths was a painful experience.. for hardly a 11 hours night stay.. pl note that we didnot avail the breakfast service as we were inside the Triambak temple.. hence our experience is AVERAGE..
The Source at Sula

The Source is my ultimate retreat—a perfect blend of luxury, homely comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. As a regular visitor, it has truly become my home away from home. The cozy rooms, the warmth of the staff, and the serene greenery create a magical experience every time. Each visit leaves me with a special memory, and this time was no exception. The highlight was the sundowner picnic amidst the vineyards—a surreal experience. The beautifully decorated table, the exquisite platter paired with wine, and the thoughtful arrangements by Pawan from La Bodega were beyond expectations. It was nothing short of magical, one of the most unforgettable evenings I’ve had. A special mention to Anantam for ensuring everything was executed to perfection. Thank you, The Source, Sula, for always making me feel at home.
