They didn't have proper hot shower, its was lukewarm. The receptionist behavior unprofessionally.

The hotel is situated in a central place and the restaurant is decent .. with decent food. The hotel doesn't have a compound or a gate and directly opens to the road. The lobby was a tad dusty and unimpressive. The rooms have clearly seen better days with peeling wallpaper.. stained walls.. our room reeked of cigarette smoke possibly from a previous occupant. When asked for a room change, the other rooms that we were shown were no great improvement either. The rooms also had extremely dim lighting.There seems to be a massive difference in the pics posted online vs the actual facilities. Having said that, it's ok for an overnight stay. You may find better value- for- money options in Nashik

Room review
The rooms were good, however the service was not great. They had left used plates from previous visitors outside our room for almost 7-8 hours inspite of reminiding them multiple times to pick it up.

I was went for a Birthday party and the waiter who was a boy wearing specs and I asked him to give an icecream he said chal ra mota after I go again with my parent and he said kya honga ra thara and he treat me like I am his waiter. he has to be changed and I don't want manners like that.

I recently stayed at this property during a business visit to Nashik. It is conveniently located. There is some parking spacs in front of the hotel The room sizes are OK kind of. Not very spacious. However, those are clean and well decorated. The buffet breakfast is well spread and delicioud. Overall food quality is good. The service is quick and the staff is courteous. Overall a recommended place for staying while in Nashik.

Very supportive and responsive with booking by Mr. Neeraj with absolutely excellent Communication skills as had long time with choices of rooms and types as he suggested suitable tariff and comfy rooms and Quick response by Sopan from HK supervisor
