The room allotted had cockroaches. We complained room changed. We came to the next allotted room late in the night. Ac not working. Still we managed as it's winter now. Next day morning found out the television screen was out of order. Wow what a stay.

This was the third time we faced same issue. Initial the bed was wet so offered upgraded room which ac was not working. After 2 hrs technician came and said we will shift you to other room. 10pm to 11:30 we were changing room if ac was there tv not available ultimately we went in the same room and sleep withou ac. Where is the discount 6. How can we apply. Or it is also fake?

Property is not maintained, dirty towels, no clean chair to sit, kettle rusted inside. The exhaust in the bathroom does not work, the bathroom door latch doesn't work. I would not recommend this place
