The best part of our stay was sunset view with lake. Excellent room Unique feature of having small garden in walk-in-closet area. Plenty of fruit trees like Mango, Sapota ,Guava , Jamun, etc. Veg plantation of Bajra, Okra , onion, etc was amazing to watch and show it to our kids.

Cozy ambience wrapped in nature's lap, perfect for a weekend getaway. We stayed at Lakeview suite it was excellent, loved the attention to detail all around. Breakfast spread was delicious & it has various options. Sandeep is a humble host.

The property is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by scenic views and peaceful surroundings—a perfect escape from the chaos of city life. The staff was friendly and attentive, and we’d especially like to appreciate Mayur and George for their warm and helpful service. However, the dining experience left much to be desired. Unfortunately—and quite unexpectedly—the quality of the food did not match the overall standard of the place. During lunch, we ordered Methi Malai Chicken, which was disappointing. It appeared the chicken had not been properly cleaned and was simply boiled before being added to the gravy, resulting in a serious lack of flavor. Dinner was even more disheartening, with the chicken noodles being of such poor quality that we ended up returning the entire plate.

Visited in May. Had a pleasant stay. Location was very good. Food was also good. Enjoyed the sunset at the lake. Pool quality ( though small) was also excellent.

A brilliant stay at Beyond. Starting with the location, the property is located around 1 hr driving distance from the Nashik Road railway station and at a 2-3 kms distance further up from the sister property, Source. The location and setting of the property is amazing, with breathtaking views of the Godavari River just behind the property. The atmosphere always remains serene with barely any vehicular or human noise. The landscaping in itself is very beautifully done. Coming to the service, the resort does not disappoint - courteous staff with an always smiling demeanour. We had opted for a candlelight dinner for two and Sampat, Nitin and Mayur planned and I executed it wonderfully well. Rooms are tastefully designed and decorated. A special mention to the amazing, spacious and beautiful bathroom in our garden view room. Note - if you are looking for activities to do with the hustle and bustle of crowds around, and a European styled stay, opt for The Source. Beyond is more peaceful and calm. All in all, we had a great time.

We had a Good stay at Beyond by Sula. Nice staff. Loved the property and the lake view from the rooms. The greenery and the ambience was excellent.The food was good. Sandeep was very helpful. The breakfast had limited items. Overall great service and stay

We have opted for Beyond by sula, Villla option which had dedicated temp controlled swimming pool. It was a great experience spending couple of days. We enjoyed their limited but good spread of Breakfast. Lunch and Dinner menu seems bit overpriced. We tried local food from nearby restaurants which they delivered at our villa for nominal delivery charges. Overall it was a great experience, complete leisure and less adventure.
