The service is good food is ausome , staff is polite , always ready to assist . Special mention to food varity in breakfast. Special mention to Mayur ,Anil George, Roshan . Reception staff is good . Surrounding and view is beautiful.

Its good for those who only love wines. If you wants to take any other alcohol even the bear then be ready for 25km ride with this road. Make sure there is no food options available in this hotel and if you are veg then they have only one sabji.(paneer tikka) in our two days of stays we use to go out side for food on daily basis although lower staff is really very good and trying to help visitors but not like the upper staff or management( you will not get even the ice or glass from them) so two star from my side

Very helpful staff. Mayur was particularly appreciated for his assistance. At the desk Nivruti who also checked us in was very helpful, and pleasant and his assistance in transport and shuttle was extremely helpful. He was well informed and knowledgeable of Nashik and places of interest. Priti at the booking desk (over phone) was absolutely smashing in my online booking. Not to forget Shubham Patil at the desk. All in all a good experience.

I have stayed at beyond by sula for 2 nights and it was such an amazing experience. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Special thanks to Mr. Sandip Shinde and Mr. Mayur Sampat for providing us with excellent service for candle light dinner. I am very pleased and looking forward to visit again.

Beautiful location, large rooms and bathrooms, polite, efficient and responsive staff in all areas, Happy Hours in the evening. Food is reasonably priced, with good helpings. Great for a 2-3 day holiday! A few areas that could be addressed : No one at the jacuzzi to start it. Pool bar only operational in the evening for Happy Hours, no snacks either. Missed a tub in the bathroom. Bottom line : Would happily go again!

Mr. Sandeep Goswami is very helpful, good attitude. Good service and ambience. The place is very nice and it's also cozy. The room view was amazing
