When I checked in the toilet was not cleaned, and the stools uncleared and not flushed was still in the toilet. Even the bedsheet was not clean as per the check-in norms, not at all a place to stay The bedsheets had all stains on it and looked like as if it was just done for the sake of doing it

I would rate the hotel just Half. Very Poor service. They didn't attend us almost for Half an hour. The food in the Restaurant was spoiled. And the second dish we ordered was very salty. The tables weren't clean at all. Overall experience.... Very very bad. Not even Satisfied.

1. Location - convenient, road touch, nearby bus stand (1.5 km)
2. Amenities - tea kettle was not available, on request made available, no handwash, no hair dryer, no tea / coffee, no water bottle. paid for water bottle. bed and pillow - not comfortable, room was clean

Good hotel to stay, cleanliness is also okay, front office staff behavior is very good but very poor service in the restaurant, food rates are very reasonable.

Location & food was good. Amenities were also good. The front desk staff was arrogant & took time to allocate the room. Also, the language used by her was not good. She was always busy on her phone calls.
