Always a pleasant stay at the Rio.. just be aware that they tend to be fully booked so make sure you've made reservations according to your requirements..food is yumm and service is top notch too

Booked the property for our wedding day. The venue is really well maintained, and classy. The staff absolutely delightful, they catered to every one of our needs right from day of the booking to the day of the event. They were extremely accommodating of our needs and delivered on everything with the highest perfection. The poolside is also awesome. The food was really good and everything was reasonably priced according to the quality. Special mention to Mr. Gaurav & Ms. Priyanka & their team who was available at any time of day to help us. Had hustle free Check-in & Check-out and they did it with a smile! Would definitely recommend any couple to check out this venue for the wedding, you will not be disappointed!

This is our first stay at Hotel Grand Rio and we must say that we got wow hospitality from your hotel. Specially Sachin from house keeping. And from restaurant we meet Milan who is a good team leader. And he understood guest acceptation. And restaurant hostes she welcome us very nicely. you guys provided us great service. Thank you guys to make my stay excellent.

It was a nice stay. Staff is also good. But only one problem is there what ever food u keep in room don't charge for it or u don't keep in room. That charges are too.
