Nice stay overall. The location is great, ambience is lovely, and the food was delicious. The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the highway and mountains — a real highlight while dining. However, Luxury Cottage No. 1 was disappointing in terms of cleanliness and room facilities, especially for the price. Would recommend the hotel for its views and food, but suggest avoiding Cottage 1.

This was the perfect gateway with my family we did enjoyed a lot they have a really nice rooms and great atmosphere we did felt relaxed and we did enjoyed our time there it’s really cozy place to visit with your parten they have a nice swimming pool service was really quick also the food was amazing ! I’ll suggest must visit for the best experience! ❤️

Nice property with courteous staff. They are always ready to assist you with a smiling face. What I like about this hotel is swimming pool and the games. Cycling is available. Being a fitness freak I liked cycling and enjoyed my staycation a lot. Would come again in rainy season to enjoy the mesmerising views and the rain of igatpuri.

The stay was mind blowing. I specially want to mention about the food quality. We ordered food at our room , the packing and freshness of food was A one. Staff was very helpful very polite. They also helped us for early check in. Room was nice and cleaned . Breakfast which was complementary also very flavorful.

they don't have parking, it's too right to park in such a small space , few guests have parked their vehicles outside the vicinity close to the highway.
Even the bedsheet was also not changed and it feels like they have placed the same old which were used by the previous guests.
The lizard was there in the washroom and it made my family uncomfortable , later on they tried to find it but it disappeared.
AC was not cooling enough and is not able to cool the room .
I have checked out from there and not stayed due to all this .
The staff was nice , very comfortable to talk to but the overall experience was not worth it.
