El hotel está bien situado. Goza de un bonito jardín interior de palmeras y, hacia ese jardín, dan las habitaciones. Desayuno correcto y habitaciones, sin ser lujosas ni nada por el estilo, también. Teníamos el check out a las 12AM pero por una indisposición de uno de nosotros, lo prorrogamos. Fueron 50 USD. El personal es atento y te resuelve problemas que puedan aparecer y te ayudan. Tienen una piscina en la zona de comedor que se agradeció, ya que el calor a mediodía fue muy alto, tras volver de ver en avioneta las líneas de Nazca.

Muy bonito hotel, me hospedé con mi familia. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y funcionales. Los platos que pedimos en el restaurante estuvieron muy buenos. La atención de todo el personal es muy buena desde la llegada al hotel hasta nuestra salida. Felicitaciones al Gerente del Hotel Robert y su equipo.

We stayed for 4 nights 5 days. The place is relatively small. The rooms are big enough to have a comfortable stay. In general all premises including the rooms are always clean. Staff at the reception are in general very pleasant and amicable. The breakfast is good: fresh fruits, eggs, everyday they have a typical dish such as chaufa or lomo or chicken saltado. The menu is good and the “sazon” is in general very good. Paola who works at the restaurant is just magnificent. She is very polite and amicable. We all were grateful. The hotel has a parking which is not at the building but close by. The location is excellent. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and restobars to enjoy Peruvian drinks and food.

Excelente servicio. Muy buenas habitaciones., buen restaurante con diferentes opciones para todo tipo de cliente, el personal muy atento y amable durante toda mi estadía. Así mismo se encuentra muy cerca a la plaza de armas de la ciudad. Recomendable.
